Relaxing and more relaxing and spectacular views from Cafe Hafa! If you are in Tangier, you must spend time here too. For the authentic Moroccan experience. Where there are locals, you should go too.

Efficient service even at a busy time. Overall, nothing remarkable but a pleasant stroll out of Tangier.

Clearly a local hangout. We spent our first afternoon here sitting in the sun on a February day overlooking the ocean. Absolutely stunning. Excellent mint tea.

I stopped here while exploring the Kasbah and the Medina got mint tea. The view is stunning and the staff was great. Perfect place to stop and take in the scenery and get some food.

Tea was excellent. We walked here from the Medina. Beautiful views. Only negative was the bathrooms. Horrible.

I have been traveling in Morocco for 26 days and have decided to catch up with all my hotel and restaurant reviews. With the benefit of so many places to compare, I believe my reviews reflect an accurate description of these places in the market....As my review title states - the view is amazing - maybe the best in Tangier. Wonderful place for a tea break. Food looked terrible. I did buy a very good bag of fresh roasted peanuts from a vendor walking through the outdoor table area. This is a place to just relax with tea. FYI - the bathrooms/toilets were among the worst I have seen in a restaurant or cafe in Morocco. That says something - but go for the tea and view!More

Great place! Forget about the cafe itself and think about freedom. Locals go there to watch the land (Spain) on the other side of the sea o and dreaming about the future. Magic!

I visited the café with my boyfriend during a recent trip to Tanger and was blown away by the incredible few from this café. We sat down and asked for a tea and my boyfriend ordered something for us to eat and they said sure...we will be back soon. After over an hour of enjoying the view with DELICIOUS tea, we decided that was enough and paid the server without ever recieving our food. Very bittersweet experience. My recommendation: Bring a snack with you and enjoy the tea there for 10dh per glass.More
