The restaurant is in a great location, a sunken esplanade on a busy downtown square. I am sorry to report that I had an unpleasant experience at this restaurant. When I was there, the manager, cashier and cleaner were yelling at each other. It went...on and on and spoiled my breakfast. I speak Darija and I can assure you that the argument was over nothing. The breakfast was minimal for the price I paid. The harsha was cold and was served without olive oil, butter or honey. The small coffee was out of a machine and was served without milk. Usually, for 35 dirham, you get a set breakfast with olives, juice and several Viennese pastries. Here, you got coffee, a small piece of cheese and cold bread. I would not go there again.More

Believe it. Our group of four liked this place so much we atr there three times in twenty-four hours. We had the tangine chicken and fish, salads. pizza and pastas. We loved and shared all of them. Our waiter Mohammed always was there to greet...us and each visit brought us something special to try.More

Don’t order the panini sandwiches, they are like cardboard, not even made with bread. More like vending machine food. Outdoor space was great. Everyone else ordered sandwiches and they were on bread and look great.

There are a bunch of restaurants around this popular little square and after reviewing a few of the menus we decided upon the Pietri Palace. I'm so glad we did as the lunch was excellent. We had one of the menu lunches of 3 courses...for 95 dirhans. There were very delicious olives and bread to start. Our first course was a large varied salad with tuna, beets, eggs, beans, carrots, lettuce. The main course was beef brochette which came with fries and rice and some veggies. Dessert was a very delicious crepe caramel. Overall this was a great lunch. We liked it so much that we came back at supper time but were still full from the substantial lunch so just had a pizza with veggies which was also good. Service very good too with a friendly and helpful waitress.More

The location is great and the food is very nice. The price is cheap as well if you compare it with nearby restaurant. Having a cup of coffee or moroccan tea is a great idea.

Had breakfast there but was not impressed. Very....average. Coffee was good. I though I should try a different place but was disappointed. If you are looking for a nice breakfast go to Paul’s or to a nice Riad for traditional breakfast.

My favourite when visiting Rabat. Ample range of choices such as salads, pasta, lasagna, pizzas, tahines, fish, etc. Excellent fresh juices (try strawberry or ginger!). Very cheap without compromizing on product quality. Attentive service. very good ambiance, as it is popular among the locals for...tea and dinner.More
