"Slightly over the top!!"

Magical atmosphere with a feeling of decadence in mysterious surroundings. Stunning decor with discrete live Morrocan & African music. Don't eat lunch before! Take care if you an allergy to nuts.

I was here for my birthday. The dinner includes visit of the terrace with outstanding view on the Medina and a drink before dinner. Throughout the dinner there is always traditional live music from good musicians. The food is great and extremely generous. The menu is fixed, but serves the usual moroccan tajines and salads entries with a delicious milk... More

This is an amazing restaurant. I'm not sure how "authentic" it is, but it is an amazing experience. The service is top notch (there is one waiter for every 2 tables), the food is delicious and they bring you as much wine as you care to drink while you listen to live Moroccan music. Yes it's expensive, but you pay... More

You would not expect this place at all. Another dark alley and behind this door lies and amazing restaurant. What an experience!! The food was very good, not excellent but still very good. Great live musicians (probably my best part as I'm still singing the habibi song)! Just beautiful, amazing service. Will definitely come back.

we went here our first night and it was a great intro to everything moroccan. we walked there from our hotel, which i don't really recommend as the alley ways are dark and maze like. when you get close there is a man dressed in all white that leads you to a large door. the medina is strange in that... I really wanted to enjoy the Yacout dining experience. Really. I went in with an open mind, and left wishing I could take back the last 3+ hours of my life. I was prepared for a leisurely dining "experience". But there's leisurely and then there's just slow, inattentive service. In the interests of full disclosure, I will admit that the... More

This is by far the best food/ambience/service and authenticity I've come across in all of Morocco! Must try! The place is so beautiful and really hidden!

A lovely building - and lots of attentive staff. You are given a drink beforehand and then a fixed Moroccan menu. Vegetable dishes to start then a whole chicken then a lamb shank then pud; the food was OK - not in anyway outstanding. It was expensive - 700 MAD per person including the drinks. My wife is veggie and... More

From a very inauspicious start, a large black door in a run down looking street, you enter another world! You are transported into no less than a palace! The interiors are absolutely stunning. We were shown up a winding stone staircase to the roof terrace so we could enjoy the view over the rooftops and then we made our way... More

We came here by recommendation from our guide and it was the best dinner we had in Morocco. It was authentic and absolutely experiential. Every single dish that came out of the kitchen was better than the previous one. The ambience was truly magical - Moroccan music, rose petals on all the tables, a Moroccan palace and beautiful mosaics and... More
