At first I was skeptical, as the seafood is out on a stand in the heat, but it came highly recommended as a must-visit for seafood and I enjoyed my meals. I have been twice, and both times I get the grilled fish with a salad. You can choose from sole, salmon, swordfish, shrimp/prawns and a few other options. The... More

Great price, a lot of food and good food. The place is very casual with friendly and helpful wait staff. We got a paella, with tons of seafood. When in Marrakesh please check it out if you love seafood. You

We have eaten at this crazy, fun, chaotic restaurant twice in a week and intend to have our last Marrakech meal there. The ethos seems to be simple......beautifully fresh cooked fish and seafood with salad and bread at unbelievably cheap prices. The barbecued giant (and I mean giant!!) prawns and calamari were the stuff of foodie dreams whilst the fresh... More

Amazing fried fish and Paeilla. Also grilled veggies. Inexpensive local fun great service. And did I say amazing food. My favorite was the calamari. We walked way stuffed.

We were very pleasantly suprised after reading the reviews which seemed to match our impression of the restaurant and the food. Turned up on a lunchtime, and it seemed very busy, but we were shown to a space in the middle of a long bench - with tourists one side and locals on the other. We automatically had a massive... Unpretentious by appearance, serves amazing food at good prices. Is basically a large fridge and a barbecue, but from this they serve fresh fish, barbecued or deep fried fish (served with bread, sauces and salads) to the hungry masses. Popular with locals (we went just after sun-down and the place was packed). They dont have a menu (although when I... More

We ordered calamari and a big fish platter. The calamari didn't arrive with the rest of the food, and instead we received a random fish. After asking for the calamari, it arrived cold, just like the rest of the food, and tasted like it had been sitting in the kitchen for a while. My gf hardly ate anything and I... More

We went at night during the Ramadan, it was very busy mainly with local people and everybody was enjoying the food and the atmosphere. The sea fruit salad was lovely, as well as the fried calamari. We got bread on the side, olives and grilled vegetables and with the large portions they serve we couldn't finish our food. All staff... More

As others have said, this is a no frills cafe style eatery but my husband discovered it via a Lonely Planet guide years ago and we visit every time we are in Marrakech. You sit down and although it seems chaotic it is well organised. You are given plates of a tomato salsa style sauce and the round buns that... More

Quick street food where lots of locals eat. Polite and efficient service - with waiting staff asking for a tip upon payment. We would have been giving a tip...... The next day I suffered from horrendous stomach cramps and diahorrea.... Again like another local popular restaurant lots of stray cats roaming amongst the tables. Eek.
