We are here now! Oasis in a busy Morocco. Beautiful, food stunning & tasty. Child friendly & treated us all like princesses. Well needed treat.

I came here with my family for the last night of a recent week-long holiday in Marrakech. It was a last minute booking but they were easily able to accommodate us. Firstly, the restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful. We had a table by the central pool, and the combination of the pool, the greenery and the night sky makes it... More

The restaurant here is set in an old part of Marrakech, it would be hard to find down winding roads if there weren't signs to look for. It is absolutely beautiful. The pool in the front dining area and the fountain in the next room are beautiful, with the traditional Moroccan designs on wood and tiles. The staff are attentive... More

Myself, my other half and another couple were staying in a large hotel in Marrakech and got a taxi to this place. As we got closer, the terrain became less and less structured and finished. Eventually we were driving down a dusty single track road surrounded by people, bikes and un finished breeze block buildings with bars on the Windows.... More

It is recommended to book the hotel in advance online or you can call ask to be seated by the pool. The restaurant is hidden in the medina. Our server rabe3 was very friendly, helpful and professional. We were greeted by a alcoholic drink then they serve you some bread. We ordered mix of Moroccan salad and the slow roasted... More

Very, very good food. The place is a very nice old Marrakesh building. Very good service. They exchanged "varm" gin tonics with new and cold ones. And one of the staff followed us to our hotel.

We weren't expecting this place to be so chic. We really enjoyed it. Lots of freebies to start. Complimentary Orange raspberry and Malibu cocktail to start was delicious and refreshing. Waiters were attentive and food choices were good. Reasonable prices but not low end. Ambience was lovely. A real oasis.

as alluded to in the title, pepenero is tucked away down a little alleyway off a pretty 'rustic' local square. I beseech the! don't let this deter you! unless you want to miss one of the best restaurant experiences of your life! everything was great! the service was attentive without being annoying, the food was exploding with flavour and the... Enjoyed a meal at Pepe Nero with my husband and another couple. The courteous and attentive service reminded us of an old school steakhouse in Manhattan. Getting to it by foot can be a bit of a challenge due to the maze of small alleys especially at night, but we were lucky enough to find someone that took us right... More

Description
PEPE NERO Restaurant Marrakech : A place of flavours on motion where the senses are constantly coddled Khalid and his team represent the same soul of a single ingredient: Excellence. This where I devote myself body and soul to my passion: cooking We strive to always be precise in our gestures, attentive to the oven, skilled with knives, a sharpened sense of smell, an eye to the market, intransigent with the quality of ingredients and demanding in the kitchen. The battle I fight every day with my team is the oldest in the world:That between the hand and fire.We created the sort of restaurant we would like to find ourselves..Pepe Nero was born to engage and satisfy our passion : Taste, without any constraints or formalisms, with simplicity. But not only. We believe that there has been a generational change in customers who are rather apprehensive of locations that are over formal. With this new role we want to clear away taboos and bring haute cuisine into step with the times.
