The food here was good, portion size was reasonable and the atmosphere was excellent. All of the staff were very friendly. It's a bit out of the way, if you are staying near the medina you will need to take a taxi. Also they open at 7.30pm for dinner so if you turn up any earlier than that then you... More

We went here following a recommendation from a taxi driver. The food was great, and the atmosphere was fun and relaxing (even in low season). I highly recommend the mint tea- the best I had during our whole stay!

Popular with tourists (no doubt hotels recommend it). Food is good, not great! Try the pigeon pie, I liked it! Morrocan food is very sweet (keep that in mind). Decor is traditional. Pretty expensive (€90 for two).

Recommended and reserved for us by our hosts at the Riad Assakina it was all we could hope for as a celebratory meal. From the arrival and being ushered upstairs to the restaurant, through the meal and finally to calling our taxi the service was quite, calm, attentive and, above all, discreet. The ambience is totally Moroccan, with tables well... More

I was taken to this restaurant by a Marrakech University professor on the outskirts of Marrakech. It was a splendid place and run by the same family as the other central restaurant of the same name (and also brother of the great Mustapha of Al Fassia in Windsor, U.K.!) I expected great food and was not disappointed. I had a... More

Everything here is made to feel you cosy. Forget about intimacy though, this is a room where tables are very close to each other. Food was really good...but at the same time, lacked anything that made it special, The wine list is more interesting than most places.

We had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was excellent, Briouet selection is a must and the tajines amazing. We were also happy with the service. We did not experience any arrogance from the servers, it was the opposit: humble and caring servers. We did not meet the manager, so can not comment. This restaurant stood up to... More

A business dinner with a set menu which managed to fill every hungry mouth.......and more. Food was good and plentiful but service was rather lacking especially with drinks orders. Was good ambience but very uncomfortable seating making the evening feel very long. Enjoyable but would not return too quickly.

Had a tajine and a couscous. Both were blah. Nothing outstanding, yet the most expensive couscous and tajine we had in Morocco. Want to eat a succulent couscous? Try Naima in the medinah. Worth the walk, and 1/3 of the price.
