A colleague suggested us to eat here and we went there for lunch. This place opens at 2PM and it is a quite big place. can easily accommodate big groups. The food was good with moderate prices. However, I still gave 3 stars for two reasons. First of all the menu is a bit weak. Mainly couscous, tajini and some... More

I always go to Oscar Progres each time I go to Marrakech. Good value. They make me a cucumber and carrot salad that I can eat as it is not unpeeled. I mostly have the lamb tajine. The service is always good

Sometimes you don't want a fancy restaurant , and having had a large lunch we wanted something plainer for dinner. Our hotel recommended Oscar Progress . It is basic but clean and has a fast turnover, there also seemed to be a good mix of locals with the tourists. The set menu is starter ( soup or omelette ) a... More

Had lunch here on our last day in Marrakesh! Recommended by other fellow travellers. Serves good local moroccan food with nobody forcing you to eat in their restaurant. Price are very reasonable. Many locals eat here too with lots of tourists too.

Situated through the arch on the left hand side of the post office in the Medina, Oscars is about one block down on the left. This canteen style restaurant offers simple but delicious, freshly cooked Morrocan food. We were recommended Oscars by a local Berber shopkeeper who told us it was the best place for good, reasonably priced food. Although... More

Fantastic place to eat in Marrekech!! Veg tagine was beautifully flavoured, pigeon tagine was a delight. Great salads! Service was brilliant and the atmosphere of the canteen style layout was wonderful. A must visit- one of the best meals in marrakech and also very very cheap!

A basic menu but very good service, clean environment and tasty food. This is a restaurant which caters predominantly to a local clientele: so you are much more likely to get better value for your money

The restaurant is excellent, clean and cheap. It is located just 3 minutes from the main square. I ate at others more expensive restaurants in around the square but the food wasn’t so great. I believe this was the best value for money in our trip. This restaurant was a recommendation from our Gide. I ate 2 times in this... More

We were recommended this restaurant by our hotel owners, described to us as cheap but always has great meat. This is exactly what it was. We had a tagine and kebab, both were cooked perfectly and both were very tasty. Was even more of a surprise when the bill came and it was less than £10 for 2 mains, starters... More

we came here on our first day in Marrakech as it was recommended by our guide book as cheap and cheerful, authentic local food. And this is exactly what it was. It was full of locals which is always a good sign, doesn't look like much, simple bench table and no decor to speak of but the food was good... More
