We got the recommendation from our Riad owner. And it end up a good clean fresh nice place to escape for lunch. Good fresh vegetarian tajine. Nice fresh selection of salads. The simple salad on menu was nice small fresh tomato cucumber lettuce olives salad as we needed. Cut fresh when we came. Has wi-fi, and nice green garden with... More

Food was not great, we ordered vegetarian and it was tasteless. The restaurant itself is amazing. The service was ok and some musicians joined us which became uncomfortable.

We went to this restaurant based on reviews on TA. We were unimpressed! Portions were very uneven - my daughter had chicken and a huge bowl of couscous - far too much for one person to eat; my husband ordered the seafood pastilla and this came on its own and was the size of a starter; I had the chicken... After arising late (arrived yesterday so body clock disturbed from early morning flight), shower and listening to afternoon prayers from the top terrace of Hotel Medina (not in TA but Rough Guide) we three ventured out to look for this TA recommended restaurant. Within a few minutes we arrived at the unassuming corner entrance just off the 'main' street. We... More

Escape the crowds, step into this peaceful restaurant and be amazed with picturesque setting of this lovely place! Food was really good, and the prices are average. If you want a seating in the centre garden, under the stars, surrounded by plants and fountains I would recommend you make a reservation - we were there during the dinner time, without... More

Found this place by chance coming up to 11pm. On asking to see the menu we were led through into an old Riad that was dressed up to look like a garden out of Game of Thrones. Such a beautiful setting made us think prices would be high, but they were completely in tune with other places. Picturesque setting, great quality... More

This restaurant is hidden away on Rue Riad Zitoun el Jdim and does not look to great from the outside. Once inside it is a beautiful old riad with masses of unused space. It does require a bit of TLC and would look great if fully done up. Having said that the food was good, if a little basic, and... More

Prices were quite low. The lamb tagine was very tasty but I was sorry I had not ordered a couple of side dishes. Service was prompt but the waiter did not have a great deal of English although he did his best!
