Having a dinner here is more than just a dinner - a 3 course dinner with a bottle of wine in a fantastic architecture and decorations accompanied by a nice music. I wish it is too far to be there more often. A small minus for a number of staff sized for 2 occupied tables and if more guests coming...

Finally found out about the name of this restaurant a couple years after the fact. The food portions was large and the service was amazing! They sent a guy to pick us up from our riad and guided us through the bazaar to reach the restaurant. I don't remember the meal so much as its sumptuous mansion like interiors. I... More

Delicious food in a beautiful, historic riad with excellent service. One of our best memories of Marrakesh. Très accueillant.

We were received with the utmost grace, being offered a seat to view the menu before actually deciding if we wanted to stay. After agreeing to dine we were offered a tour of the house, including 'private' rooms and a gorgeous roof terrace with a view of the city. Upon our return we ordered food that was served with great... More

This was a fabulous experience. We managed to go there on the one night in decades that there had been thunder and hailstorms in Marrakech which made the experience all the more memorable. Finding it according to their map would be easy but we tried to approach it from the other way and the absence of street signs made this... More

Had read about this place on Tripadvisor so was trying to find it when a local guy starting offering suggestions and called up a friend who worked for the restaurant to guide us. We were starting to get quite concerned about going down so many dark alleys when we arrived at the restaurant and were seriously impressed! The waiter advised... More

My wife and I went to this restaurant on our first night in Marrakech. It took us forever to find it, but when we did, we were blown away. We came after reading MarocMama's blog about this being very authentic Moroccan. We both had the petite dinner and it was way more food than we could handle. Here was our... More

We were recommended the Ksar Es Saoussan by our Riad, although were. Initially a little reluctant as it appeared to be hidden away in one of the souks and we have a poor sense of direction, but in the event decided t give it a try. We arrived at the entrance to the souk and were greeted by a large... More

Restaurant is set in an old Moroccan house. You are offered a tour round before sitting down to dinner. It is set menu - 350Dhs per person which includes a bottle of wine. The food is very traditional. Perfect for a romantic evening.
