Le Trou au Mur brings a breath of fresh air to the Marrakech restaurant scene. Chic, laid back, fun, relaxed, intimate and comfortable but, above all, totally serious about food. Set in a small riad in the oldest part of the medina, the décor is a unique blend of superb local craftsmanship with the best of modern European style.

The place is a bit out of the way and the approach to the area looked a bit questionable, however, it is a safe area and once you enter the restaurant, it's amazing. The tables had a beautiful purple table cover and napkins. The waiter...More

Delightful rooftop dinning with lighting so romantic and perfect. We asked our waiter to help us with wine to complement the Moroccan meal we selected. Everything was amazing! Including the service. Ended up going here twice. Will visit again soon.

A good menu of local and international favourites. A glass of house wine can be had for 40DH. The roof terrace is very pleasant. Roast lamb is their speciality.

Outstanding food in a beautiful setting. Went for a lunch - clearly not their busy time so we had attentive service. I requested, and received, dishes from their dinner menu which is bigger and more interesting. I absolutely loved it - dishes that you would...More
