Aicha - Stall number 1 on the square. Good food (although, to be honest I have not had a bad meal at any of the stalls in the square!). The thing that stands out about this one is that it appears to be the only stall where a woman is in charge. And she is in charge!! Aicha's army of... More

Me and my wife were looking for a place to have dinner in Jma el Fna and the first two places we had looked up on tripadvisor was closed. So we decided on Aicha for our dinner rescue. The place is nothing fancy, it's a food stall with long tables and benches but don't let that scare you away. The... More

Friendly and pleasant staff, not as pushy as many of the stalls. On both occasions that we ate there they helped us with the menu. The food came quickly and was very reasonably priced, we particularly enjoyed the mixed kebabs and mint tea at the end of our meal.

Not a restaurant but food stall No 1 in Jemaa El Fnma. Good selection of tagine and grilled foods, and no better value in Marrakech! 75dn for two mains and a large water.

Ate here a couple of times. Mains for 30 DH or so, free bread with chilli and tomato sauces, looking at ~£6 for a decent meal for two with water. Nice to be right in the buzz of the square while eating. Simple, fresh and tasty. Staff not pushy, presumably because they're the most popular stall anyway.

Read lots of reviews to find which stall would be best to eat at. They all seem to be offering the same sort of food (apart from the snail stalls, the egg stalls packed with locals, the soup stalls also packed with locals or the only meat stalls. Big display of various fish, calamari, meat on skewers with a selection... More

After wandering around the square for a while being really hassled we came across this busy stall where the staff didn't seem too pushy and the food looked good. We weren't disappointed, the staff were friendly and helped us choose what to have, the service is quick and the food was really tasty. We ordered cous cous and mixed grill... More

Firstly staff here were not too pushy like other stalls. Food was good quality - we only ate here once, but would definitely eat here again if we were eating in the Square. I had a mixed grill and though the portion looked small, it was more than enough in the end especially with the free bread and sauces they... More

We have been in Marrakech few days and we had dinner three times at Chez Aicha N°1! The staff were very nice and they didn't push us to sit in there as many others do. The food is very tasty and they served very quick. Highly recommended.
