Well you have to go and see this place! So much history and of course it's the place Winston Churchill visited back in the day. From the moment you enter you notice the lavishly styled and decorated entrance with staff in fantastic uniforms and as you make your way out the the terrace you hit the most most wonderful garden... We went for lunch whilst staying elsewhere in Marrakech. The service and setting were what you expected from such a well regarded institution in Marrakech. Perhaps we just chose poorly off the menu as we found the food nice enough but nothing particularly special. And it is pricey - we knew it would be so that came as no surprise... More

We decided to stop here for lunch after a long walk around the medina and the children were very tired and hungry. This is a wonderful hotel with beautiful surroundings. We expected it to be expensive and are accustomed to high prices in top hotels in London but £32 for a cheeseburger and £13 for a coke is really taking... More

Our guide book recommended to come to see the gardens and it was one of our favourite stops on our trip. The gardens are large, beautifully manicured and have wonderful flowers and cacti. We came just for drinks here and enjoyed the wonderful cocktails but at 190dh each it is one of the most pricey places to go. Well worth... More

Pre dinner cocktails in a beautiful garden setting with a delightful band playing in the background. Into the Italian Restaurant within the Hotel, had a lovely table, again looking out over the gardens, where we were served some delicious Italian food. Service was brisk, possibly a little too brisk, but friendly and welcoming. There was a good selection of wines,... More

Fantastic food, outstanding service, prices to match. While the prices are very high, you are getting among the best food in the country, albeit Italian fare, not Moroccan. Every dish, every course was outstanding, but the simple spaghetti with tomato sauce was the favorite - simple, but superb. Wine selections were super expensive, but all great choices.
