Traditional Maroccan cuisine at its finest. My favorites were the Royal Tagine with its succulent figs and apricots to accompany the lamb that melts in your mouth. The Bastillas are also exceptional. Try the Crème Brûlée with chocolate accents. The Maroccan breakfast galettes/crêpes are freshly done by the Maroccan Dada (home cook). Love the vin gris ( Rose wine) introduced... More

During our week's stay, we had dinner at the hotel restaurants every night! Having looked elsewhere, we realised, this would be very tough to beat!

This place is sublime. Lovely piano bar for a pre-dinner drink then the choice of two restaurants, both excellent. One is indoors and serves traditional Moroccan food is set in a beautiful dining room, and the other is set partly outside around the hotel pool which is transformed into a magical setting for dining. Here the menu is part Moroccan... More

The food was simply great ,wonderful hotel and restaurant. The best one we have been in Marrakech! the Maroccan Salad and the Orange were amazing. The portion were really large. Good selection of wines and the staff was perfect. Only disappointing point: everyone got offered mint tea and pastries and we didn't :-(

Our first night out in Morocco and it was awesome. Unfortunately the winding streets delayed us a bit but once we arrived the evening went on in an amazing fashion. Great ambiance, excellent staff and amazing food, We are so happy we decided on this restaurant for our first night out in Morocco. Even though I normally recommend local unpretentious... More

Amazing food, hypnotizing atmosphere ... the whole evening was magical and mystical. Must visit location and order the "Chicken Bostaila" as well as the "Tanjia Marrakechia".

Four of us arrived for evening dinner. We were brought to the bar for pre dinner cocktails. There was a very nice selection. Compared to local prices they were expensive. There was a compulsory 10% service charge, yet the waiter was very pushy about a tip and insisted on counting it in front of us. We then proceeded to the... More

Enjoyed a memorable delicious dinner with excellent service. I loved the decor and comfortable chairs. Loved the three salads ... presentation of squash, and other vetetables in three tiny tagines...taste treats , the three pastillas...like little flavorful samosas of chicken, seafood and one other, and chicken cous cous.....all amazing with a good Moroccan cabernet. For dessert we had lemon tart.

Description
Our new restaurant, “Les Trois Saveurs”, which offers a choice of French, inventive Moroccan or Asian-inspired dishes. Our head chef, Didier Levy, was previously in charge of the kitchen at “Le Pavillon”, considered for many years the best French restaurant in Marrakech. Didier has a passion for seafood, which is bought fresh to the hotel from the coastal towns of Oualidia and Essaouira. The handmade teardrop-shaped lanterns at “Les Trois Saveurs” were specially designed for La Maison Arabe by Yahya Rouach; his workshop is producing the most refined metalwork in Morocco today.
