Everything here speaks of grand antiquity, of North African exoticism and beauty. Handcarved cedar woodwork, ornate sculpture and carvings, handsome waiters dressed in loose white cotton, trays elegantly poised above their right shoulder its a magical world. Great place, ok food and unlimited wine

A beautiful palace and location, service was excellent and live music and dancing. I spent a week in Marrakesh and this was by far the best meal my friends and I shared. The location is fantastic and the architecture is breathtaking. Not only were the food and wine delicious, but the staff was very helpful and pleasant. Would go there again in a heartbeat.

Our tour guide insisted on bringing us here. He wanted us to see the belly dancing. There was none. We had missed it. We were the only people in the restaurant. It was very pricey, not good and just bad quality. We learned that the tour guides get a commission for the tourists they bring in. Sent 8 days in... More

We were taken to this restaurant on the first night of our holiday and were seated at the side of the immense, beautiful room. Apart from one other table across the floor, there were no other customers! It was very dark and we had difficulty reading the menu. The waiter offered 2 prices and we chose the food in the... More

The location is very good. charming atmosphere. The staff was courteous and helpful. Moroccan Salad beautiful but literally sucks the other dishes. Couscous with meat for dinner and we were seven people had two pieces of meat. If you do not want to stay hungry I suggest you to choose a better alternative.

I can give one point for the location, a great palace, very impressive. The service was attentive and friendly. Food is plenty but of simply terrible quality. Moroccan salads as a starter were ok, nothing special. We had the Tajine as a second, very bad meat quality and poor seasoning. After that the Couscous, unimaginative, badly presented and no taste.... More

We were here on a quiet night, and were surprised by how good the food was. The floor show was very limited and mostly directed to a party of businessmen, but the musicians were excellent and the whole experience really fun.

We held a gala dinner for over 200 guests at the Palais Gharnata in Marrakech and could not be happier with how it turned out. Nadia was extremely helpful in helping us arrange a wonderful dinner with entertainment and was flexible in accommodating our various dietary requirements and issues. I cannot speak highly enough about the venue and the quality... More

Charm and luxury of a 16th century palace : Palais Gharnata is magical ! As traditional moroccan meals, service, ambiance are excellent, and prices are fair, don't miss it !

The decor was stunning, the staff were helpful, courteous, happy and smiling. Showered with rose petals from the balconies above (on arrival) the drinks service was excellent. I understand the catering is done off site and is brought in but was excellent. Cabaret of four attractive dancers topped off by a group of exciting Berber musicians with an infectious, driving beat... More
