Food was terrible. It was such a disapointment after reading the positive comments. I strongly advised not to bother with that place.

Stumbled upon this place by accident after visiting nearby Hammam Ziani. The two couples who were dining there when we arrived were wrapping up so we soon had the place all to ourselves. We were warmly greeted by a waitress and the owner, as well as a few cats. We opted for the prix fixe menu which had a good,... More

A great small restaurant with a fantastic price/value relationship. The cuisine is typical local plus some harder to find dishes. Good service, nice atmosphere and away from the fuss. Ask to see the collection of the Cinema Promotion Posters on the first floor!

Difficult one to find, but one of the other reviewers left easy instructions to find it and we were right around the corner in our riad. Drinks were reasonably priced, cheap compared to our hotel, and the food was excellent. Between our party and the two nights we ate there, we tried most of the menu, and the highlights have... More

My special favourite was the Pastille - chicken and veg wrapped in a type of phyllo pastry sprinkled with icing sugar. Sound like an odd combination but utterly delicious.

Fortunately we had assistance finding the family run restaurant. Very calm and welcome oasis, and the best tagines we had in Marrakech. A beautiful building (although smoking is permissible indoors), with a great balcony over looking the dining area. Would seek it out again.

After getting thoroughly lost on the way we almost gave up, I am glad we didn't, this restaurant which is more of a warm family home with the food to match. Excellent, many thanks.

A nice little restaurant we ended up visiting as we kept hitting this dead end when trying to navigate the alleyways out of the medina. A very nice and simple restaurant and seemingly the go to place for the stray cats in the evening as you have to knock the door to be let in just to stop all the... More

Yes, its genuine and yes, its tucked away hidden all the way at the end of a dwindling narrow alley. And the ambience is, what I with my limited experience on the subject would call, French Moroccan. But ... the couscous with chicken and 'legume' reminds me of Chechnya (severly overcooked vegetables) and the hariri soup tastes absolutely nothing. And... More
