It's worth a trip just for the atmosphere. You'll start with drinks in the beautiful courtyard, roses and candles everywhere. The staff was busy at work at the tables and we couldn't quite figure out why until we were seated....they spelled out our names in...More

Dar Marjana is a long established restaurant at Dar el Bacha in the medina. It's a set price dinner experience (including aperetifs, wine and post dinner brandy etc) and is expensive but what an experience. Course after course of fine food is brought to your...More

This is our second time eating in the Medina in Marrakech (the last time we ate at Dar Yarcout). Either restaurant will leave you with a lifetime of memories. We found Dar Marjana a bit less pricey without sacrificing the quality or abundance of the...More

Another Marrakech restaurant where, on arrival, you wonder if you have found the right place! An alleyway leads to the front door, but step inside and the atmosphere changes. Ushered up to the roof terrace for pre-dinner drinks and to take in the dusk falling...More

Price fixed menu was not as interesting or tasty as comparable Moroccan restaurants. Setting was beautiful but food was unexceptional and not worth the expense. When the bill came they added 10% tax (which I assume was a VAT), that the other restaurants in Marrakesh...More

Description
The Riad dates back to the 18th century and it has been in the family since then. In 1982, the Riad was turned into a restaurant known as Dar Marjana and still stands strong today.
We provide a variety of delicious Traditional Moroccan dishes, colorful, and tasteful due to the wonderful varieties of the Marrakchi spices! We assure the best service possible, in order to make one feel like home. During desert time, your eyes and ears will be captured by the great entertainment of Gnaouas and belly dancers which will leave you mesmerized. The atmosphere is ever so beautiful, with an ancient Moorish architectural style, a tiled and marbled fountain in the core of the house, and a grand patio garden, with the enchanting voice of a lutenist in the background.
