Camel burger was a nice experience. But when I was paying the cashier asked me if I wanted my change back, note, I paid a 200 bill for my 125 dirham meal. And when I checked later, they added extra 10 dirham to the bill that I didn't think would happen.
It's a nice cafe but need better service

It is clear that this cafe has been managed to cater towards tourist custom but it has been done very well. Spread across 3 floors the cafe provides plenty of space, inside and outside, to relax with a drink or grab some food. The food is delicious. They offer western style food such as burgers but also provide a taste of Morocco. I ordered the fes platter which can with a selection of breads, veg dishes and olives. All of which were vegan friendly - as a vegan this was by far the tastiest food I had on my trip and I’d I had enough money and time I would definitely have done the cooking class they offer. Each night I visited there was some of entertainment such as music and story telling providing a cultural insight. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The prices were higher than some other places but what you would expect for the quality and service. 100% worth a visit.

...so I guess we liked it.
A family of 5 adults with 2 veggies and a vegan can be tricky to cater for especially as there is also a hardened carnivore to feed. Cafe Clock was a great find just off one of the busy shopping streets in the Medina - down an alley just before the food market.
The menu is wide enough to please everyone but short enough to ensure that everything is made competantly.
We recommend the meze platter, the chicken sandwich with preserved lemon mayo & wedges and the falafel too.

We came here after a bit of a search (a bit difficult to find the place as with anything in the Medina) based on the reviews online. Being vegetarian, I found some good reviews for veggie food here on happy cow.
There were good veggie options. The staff were friendly, well behaved and spoke good English.
The food was good/average, I thought the felafel that we were served was not fresh. It was cold. We came in when the kitchen was closed and had to wait for 30 mins before we ordered. So I was expecting it to be warm if not hot. But the taste was okay. The other food that we ordered was also okay - not exceptional, but decent.
However there were too many cats on the terrace and they were jumping and walking all over our tables/sofas. If you are a cat lover, you would probably be fine, but if not, it becomes a bit too much after a while.

Cafe clock is tucked away in one of the back streets in the Fess's Medina but well worth a visit. Friendly welcome on entering and invited to have a look round the house so we could decide where to sit. Decided to go up to the top floor and sit outside to watch the sun go down with a couple of drinks, no alcohol served, and a Maroccan tapas platter for 2. The selection of different foods were delicious but the platter was much bigger than we had thought. A Moroccan band started playing, on the ground floor, at about 6.15pm on the Sunday evening and it was great to listen to the music on the roof terrace.

Friendly service. Loud music could not be avoided. My dish was good, a grilled vegetable sandwich. My wife’s dish however was off in some way and she became violently ill shortly after the meal. A rough day or so, but she was alright again. We are seasoned travelers and rarely get sick so we are pretty confident in identifying that meal as the source.
I can see why this place is popular with foreigners and that this might have been a “one off” but do be cautious. That is if you have the slightest doubt about your dish don’t eat it. You may lose a day.

Food was good, and the staff was kind. It was a little hard to find, but it was worth the trek. It is a perfect place for familys brcause it offers meals that kids would like (try the granola). got a camel burger and the chicken sandwich and we loved it! We also got some tagine and the meat was perfectly cooked and drenched in a creamy sauce. Halfway through our dinner, a man did sit directly in front of us and started playing music. The music was nice but it was very loud. For our first dinner in Fes, it was pretty amazing.

The food was not very good. We had the falafel bowl. They had been re heated nany times we are sure. In old oil. The banana lassi was made with un ripe bananas which we could taste. The price for this very un tastefull food is high. Better eat somewhere else.
When we paid they tried to charge us for things we didn't have and were very unfriendly. Never again

We really enjoyed going to Cafe Clock a few times while we were in Fez. It’s a fun atmosphere, especially on the terrace and during the evening. We loved the camel burger (spiced, and not a strong flavor), the chocolate milkshake (very fudgy), and the avocado citrus salad with grilled chicken (the chicken’s seasoning is amazing). Highly recommend!

Cafe clock is a cool place where you can chill and relax from the busy old médina.
It's a nice old building that the owner reserved its authencity . The menu is variant from vegetarian to burgers choices.
The service is effective, and they do cultural activities every evening, kind of activities we rarely find in old fes.
I definitely recommend it for fes visitors

Despite it's good ratings, I thought that it was just average. Walked to the top floor rooftop terrace to eat. Nice. The Camel burger was a 3.5-4. It came with very bland French fries and a salad that we didn't eat. My wife had an avocado smoothie, and I had an Orangina drink. All ok, but the food was a little disappointing.

I ordered tagine with lamp, however, it was so bland - tasted like it had no spices at all. Also, they had really loud bongo band playing waaay to loud, I couldn’t even focus on my lack of harrisa. Wouldn’t recommend

Food was pretty bad. We ordered 5 different dishes, they all tasted not fresh and were pretty cold. The staff was friendly and the price was cheap but we didn't eat most of the food. We ate at a lot of different restaurants in town during our holiday, both cheap and expensive and enjoyed every single one except this one. There are better options for this price.

We loved Cafe Clock, and ended up eating here three times during our stay. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun, and the food is a refreshing mix of Western and Moroccan. During the evening, we enjoyed live music and a storyteller. Try to get a seat on the terrace for a breeze and beautiful view.
