The Food is excellent !! The best cous cous and beef kebab we ever tasted !!! The Starters are an amazing sampler varíety of high quality. The food is hand made in a very tradicional and craftsman way. The Tea and desert are great as...well. Salah, the owner, is a great hostess and makes you feel well and welcomed !!!More

Amazing lunch!!! The Moroccan salads could feed an army. Everything so fresh. I had the tagine with plums and almonds. Electrifying! I would crawl thru the desert to eat this again. My wife and kids ate the beef kebabs. Huge portions and they cleaned their...plates. The people are so kind and friendly. It is a peaceful quiet location. I would tell anyone in Fes to come here.More

Small family place. The menu includes all traditional Moroccan specialties. Great pastella . Not too sweet like in many other places . Perfectly cooked tajines. Abundant Moroccan salads and fresh bread. Very friendly service. Excellent value.

Our guide recommended this lovely unassuming restaurant and it did not disappoint. Someone from the restaurant came to get us and delivered us back to the hotel which was terrific as the Medina is a maze! Service was efficient and the chef/owner and his team...were kind and welcoming. We had the prix fixe which included salads and we ordered the beef tagine with prunes and almonds and a brochette with semolina. Mint tea and sweets followed. Would definitely recommend.More

We are vegetarian and picked this restaurant based on reviews. It did not disappoint, we both had the pastille vegetarian (a little tired of couscous and tajine, which they did have), and it was very good. Prices are reasonable. We sat outside on the patio...( the courtyard tables were full), and it was lovely. They gave us complimentary salad and cookies, which were wonderful and great Moroccan generosity. We were staying at a Riad pretty far away and the restaurant sent someone to take (walk) us there and back, which was really helpful since Fes is an incredible maze of narrow streets.More

The outside courtyard seating is very pleasant, open, spacious and beautiful. The food came fast and was good quality for the price. The servers were helpful. Overall an excellent experience.

Basically one of the best places we visited in Morocco. I loved the owner, he taught me the recipe for morrocan cookies. Everyone there is extremely friendly and loving. The food is really great and the atmosphere is calm and nice. Closed by you can...find the municipal oven which is an amazing experience.More

This place is perfect. Nicely situated in the middle of the busy Medina. Hard to find, but worth the search. Personnel is extremely friendly and helpful to help you find the way to your Riad or Dar. Food is perfect (and a lot).

Our guide took us here and it was so quaint and surprising, located in a very quiet courtyard. It was so nice to get away from the business of the Medina and have room for our big tour group (~15). Great food, large portions and...good for sharing. Recommend the carrot orange juice!More

After a nice Hamam and Massage nearby, our tour guide Jamal walked us to this restaurant. Although ordinary looking from outside, it is a hidden gem with amazing food. We ordered beef skewers that would literally melt in your mouth. We also ordered vegetable and...beef Tajine, fish Tajine and garden salad. Bread was fresh and warm. Everything was very delicious and all dishes went back to the kitchen empty. The service was excellent and it was reasonable priced. Don’t forget to order their coffee after dinner! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️More

My husband and I came across Dar Tagine when trying to find a place to watch the final World Cup match. Luckily we found Salaheddin. Not only was the food fantastic, but his company during the game was great! The next day he helped us...navigate the city to find different shops and kept welcoming us back for coffee and conversation. We highly recommending visiting his restaurant! We will definitely go back next time we are in Fez!More
