Delicious meal in beautiful garden setting. We were able to enjoy good Morrocan wine with our meal. Menu is small but there is something for everyone. Food is beautifully presented. Found it to be expensive by Moroccan standards. They provided a porter to take us...More

We were eating vegetarian that evening due to a religious holiday and the staff was happy to accommodate with a dish that the chef whipped up. Food was good. Only challenge was that service was really slow.

Arrived when restaurant opened. Told the vegetarian option was already sold out. Not sure since we were one of the first seated. Ordered 3 entrees that came out at different times. The veal chop came out raw. The garden was lovely that but that was...More

We loved our meal at the Cafe Fez. The food was authentic and well priced. The bonus for us was to have a beverage with dinner, which is difficult to find in Fez. Great staff and service

This is an excellent French-Moroccan restaurant on two levels overlooking a romantic garden in an old riad. It has a good cocktail, wine and beer list and good service. A wonderful place for a romantic dinner or for friends getting together. Its a delightful experience...More

A great place to come for a cocktail/beer and relax in the garden, not a 4-course meal. It's a lovely setting, but frankly if you are not up for the options on the menu (3-4 choices max for an entree) then you're pretty much stuck....More

the food is nice, maybe a bit overprice for the Moroccan lifestyle. Yet after wondering all day thru the medina, we needed a place to chill and cool down.

The restaurant is at the edge of the Medina and is very well sign-posted from many parts of the Medina (at least from our Ryad El Yacout). It is a small cafe/restaurant in a garden with only few tables, and somewhat limited choices of menu....More

A tranquil oasis nestled in a Pacha's old palace with an Andalusian-inspired garden. European and Moroccan fusion food with a twist, Fez Café is one of Fès' more modern takes on Moroccan cuisine. I opted for the Filet de Boeuf with bearnaise sauce..it was cooked...More

Description
The Fez Café is a charming Moroccan bistro set at the edge of our vast garden and topped by an immense rooftop terrace - perfect for a dinner under the stars. Under the careful guidance of Michel Biehn himself, a Provencal food connoisseur with three award-winning cook books to his name, our chef at the Fez Cafe crafts a market-fresh menu every day which draws its flavours from the Morocan tradition, the East, and the home-grown organic vegetables from our own garden. We only use fresh seasonal ingredients. Our bar and Foosball table help make it a fun Medina meeting place. Open everyday for lunch, and dinner. Michel Biehn is the author of several award-winning cookbooks published in France, Europe and the United States. For a few hours or a few days, Michel Biehn, aided by his wonderful Chef Hicham, the head chef of the FEZ CAFE, will be happy to share with their guests, their oriental recipies and secrets of Moroccan cuisine. The cooking class starts by shopping on the market with Si Mohamed, followed by the actual cooking of the selected recipies with both Michel and Hicham. Then, it will be time to enjoy the prepared meal. Price:80 € per person.
