Very lovely way to spend the evening, away from the chaos of the old city, in a lush garden. The food was a bit expensive, but certainly tasty.

We went to Fez cafe for dinner, since we already discovered the surrounding garden on our tour through Fez in the afternoon. The beauty of the garden, however, is contrasted by a very interesting taste for decoration (blinking Moroccan flags next to pictures of Elvis). The menu small but featuring high quality food and more than the usual variety of... More

Visited for tea in the afternoon and then next day for an evening meal. Food was excellent but very pricy. Garden was very pretty and it is certainly worth a visit.

I'm ashamed to say it, but I just really wanted a glass of wine..! It was a great place to have one though. Really peaceful and a beautiful garden with birdsong all around. Not cheap, but not ridiculous either. Lovely bar man.

It was very expensive by Moroccan standards, but a welcomed and relaxing dinner to get away from the chaos. Very delicious food and wine in a true Riad setting surrounded by gardens. Call ahead and they will send someone to your riad to guide you there.

What a beautiful atmosphere in the restaurant on a terrasse at the edge of a dreamlike garden, fragranced by blossoming orange trees! The amiable staff serves excellent cuisine – a choice of inventive menus.

We stayed for two weeks in Fez and came here twice. The menu is changed daily and written on a blackboard, and there is a good range of Moroccan wines and other drinks; it is odd that other reviews refer to 'no alcohol' for there certainly is! You can come for just a drink in the early evening or for... More

An excellent place for drinks and good food. No alcohol. A very clean large and well laid out restaurant in Oued fez. Excellent service although lacks English speaking staff. Good for meetings and family outing. Most recommended.

For a fixed menu of about 3 entrees, this café has European and Moroccan food with a twist. The service is excellent and you can purchase an array of cocktails, wines, and beer at this restaurant when you have the craving. They also do dessert. It's a great place for a romantic night, for getting warm in the cold during... More

The Fez Café is a charming Moroccan bistro set at the edge of our vast garden and topped by an immense rooftop terrace - perfect for a dinner under the stars. Under the careful guidance of Michel Biehn himself, a Provencal food connoisseur with three award-winning cook books to his name, our chef at the Fez Cafe crafts a market-fresh menu every day which draws its flavours from the Morocan tradition, the East, and the home-grown organic vegetables from our own garden. We only use fresh seasonal ingredients. Our bar and Foosball table help make it a fun Medina meeting place. Open everyday for lunch, and dinner. Michel Biehn is the author of several award-winning cookbooks published in France, Europe and the United States. For a few hours or a few days, Michel Biehn, aided by his wonderful Chef Hicham, the head chef of the FEZ CAFE, will be happy to share with their guests, their oriental recipies and secrets of Moroccan cuisine. The cooking class starts by shopping on the market with Si Mohamed, followed by the actual cooking of the selected recipies with both Michel and Hicham. Then, it will be time to enjoy the prepared meal. Price:80 € per person.
