We ordered chicken with lemon tagine, and meat balls with tomato and eggs tagine, while the restaurant gave us a few plates of cous cous for free as a gift. The tagines tastes great, and the portion is also good enough for four hungry souls. After dinner, as we couldn't find our way back to our riad, one of the... More

Our tour group stopped here for lunch and we had a nice time. I had the kofta and egg tajine and quite liked it, particularly as they are very different to the other tajines i had been having. There are western style toilets downstairs which was nice for a pitstop.

Delicious food for a good price in this area. Would be hard to find on your own. Great ambiance as well and feels traditional. Going back!

We had quite a nice evening in the Zohra. Excellent traditional maroccan food in nice surroundings uin the middle of Suk. We tried tajine and kus kus. Both were spicy and delicious.

Zohra was presented to us by our local guide in Fez. Genuine Moroccan food, a very nice envrionment and a good client-oriented service. I had a chicken and lemon tajine. Delicious!

I was recommended this restaurant by my riad. The place is hard to find in the medina, so they sent the 20-something son who works there to pick me up and return me to my riad. This made me slightly uncomfortable as a single Western woman. When we arrived in the restaurant, there was only 1 other couple there. You... More

The menu consists of a basic three course meal, not much variation on it. You can have salad or soup for the starter and a choice of different tangines for the main meal followed by some fruit and Moroccan sweets for dessert. The place was comfortable for families and staff are welcoming and friendly. Nothing to sing and dance about.

Very different from the places that hustle tourists near the blue Bab or on the main drags, this place truly feels like where the locals go. We NEVER would have found it but for our tour guide who took us here because it was one of his favorite places. Food was some of the best in Morocco. Spicy - finally!... More
