Real wood fired oven. Owner is Italian. Nice sausage and mushroom pizza. Sauce is so fresh and the crust is just right. Service was quick and friendly. Sat outside on the patio.
I just gave it a 4 because all I've eaten at Elio's was the woodfire pizza which is amazing. Haven't eaten anything else there. The Margherita pizza is always a favorite of mine wherever I go and Elio's version is excellent. I highly recommend others...More

We like to sit at the counter & watch wood burning in the oven! Crust is always cooked perfectly! Pizzas are hand made and AWESOME!!! Try the bruschetta too! BOOM!
