This is the first and probably best roadside stand serving Fruit drinks on the road to Hana. We stopped on the way back from Hana but last time I was here we topped up the team with fruit smoothies before heading down to Hana. It...is quick and easy to park in their lay-by and if you have a little more time you can enjoy the lookout a shirt walk beyond.More
Stopped here for coffee & mango crepes but had to settle for the Nutella & Banana since the mangoes were not in season, but enjoyed the view & our surprise guest. You order at the booth & on the left there's a short path where...you can walk back to a secluded picnic table that has a nice view of the ocean. Then we had the world famous photographer Daniel Sullivan join us at our breakfast table! We got to visit a short time while he was giving private photo tips to his friends. Very nice, down-to-earth guy. Shared a bit of his family history & was so interesting & friendly. Thanks Daniel for the Great Valentine's Day surprise!More
This place is the first you come to on the road, but not worth it. Crepes were terrible (dried-out/overcooked), the sugar cane juice tasted "off", and we waited for much too long for both (almost 20 minutes). Also, the mosquitos right there are terrible! There...are other amazing stops along the way that are much better, so keep going!More
We stoped here on our trip to Hana. It was the perfect start with delicious smoothies and waffles plus a killer view. Everyone was friendly, food was reasonably priced and it was easy to spot from the road!
This is a fun and friendly fruit stand on the drive to Hana. OK, maybe my coconut ice cream blended with iced coffee wasn't totally healthy, but it sure was delicious! My husband also enjoyed his fruit smoothie. The young woman working there was very...friendly. You can also follow the steps behind the stand for a scenic lookout, and there's a picnic table back there, too.
On a warm, humid day, this is the perfect stop for a refreshment break.More
Stopped here while driving part of the Road to Hana. It was a cloudy day with light rain and we needed a pick me up. The coffee was made fresh while we waited down by the picnic table. My wife enjoyed hers with the cane...syrup but I had mine black. Friendly people and a nice view of Huelo PointMore
