Small casual Italian restaurant with outside seating for 20 clients. We do not take reservations for more than 8 people per table. Owner/chef Gianni, prepares all meals on order and uses only the freshest ingredients available to the island. From antipasti to fresh pasta to freshly caught fish, are all cooked in a traditional italian style.

Best meal we had in our 6 days stay in Roatan. Be sure to make a reservation, as we made one 2 weeks prior and the place was packed on a Monday night. It's BYOB, there's a gas station down the block that sells liquor...if you need it. Kudos to the Staff and Chef for the excellent service and meals.More
This really should be ranked #1.....go and you will see why. Chef is amazing - staff is amazing. The food is SO good! The 'regular' menu is always fantastic, but then there are always amazing specials. This week I had fettuccine sausage, mushrooms and Gorgonzola...cheese.....to say that it was delicious is an understatement! It is BYOB, so bring a bottle of wine, beer or whatever you might like to have with dinner (they of course have water, soft drinks and such). Also---I have said this before (because this isn't my first review) make a reservation! You won't get a table if you don't. Just send a message through Facebook and they will take care of you! We eat here 2-3 times every trip - yes, it's that good! See you next time Chef! Thanks for the wonderful meals. ♥️More
Pazzo is sooooo delicious, and I loved the cute little patio. Johnny was very accommodating and was kind enough to get us a table even though we did not have a reservation. MAKE A RESERVATION if you want to eat here. You will not be...disappointed. Also, it is BYOB so if you want wine or beer to enjoy with your dinner, you need to come prepared. I believe the are closed on Saturdays, so plan accordingly.More
If you don't mind barking dogs (constant) and loud traffic (constant) and being eaten alive by mosquitoes then try out Pazzo's. Make sure you coat yourself with bug spray and bring ear plugs. We had a pack of dogs that did not stop barking the...whole time we were there. I got one of their specials (sausage, mushroom and gargonzola pasta) I swear the sausage was Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage. And if you want wine or beer with your meal you'll have to bring your own.More
