The food here is unbelievable! I don't know if it s because the majority of the beef and ingredients are locally sourced or maybe the preparation, but this was one of the best steak meals ever. My steak was flame grilled and seasoned just right! I'm on a keto diet so I doubled up on the vegetable medley which was flavorful. Prices were extremely reasonable for the quality of the food.

Quantity, Quality and Hospitality.
Great meat and service. The meat and the complements are well cooked and maintained warm with the charcoal tray. Typical Argentinian parrillada!
The owner, Omar, still at the grill making sure portions and cooking are at perfection.
The Flan with Dulce de Leche is exquisite.
Best place for meat in Guatemala, and in my opinion in Central America.

I can confidently say it is the best steakhouse in town! The restaurant has been beautifully remodeled, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the lomito—it is the best I've ever had! The overall dining experience was enhanced by the excellent service and cozy environment, making it a perfect spot for a memorable meal. If you're looking for top-notch steak in Guatemala City, La Media Cancha is the place to go​

The last time I've eaten here was 6 years ago. I remember we ate mostly meat and we did the same this time. Although the meat is well cooked I hesitate to say that it was not as good as how I remembered. The service is very fast and servants are nice in person.

the restaurant is a remodeled house, but the ambience is great. There is always great and friendly service an a great selection of cuts cooked to order in perfect fashion

We went eating with 3 children. We decided to share our plates and that turned out to be a smart idea. The children like meet but with the “normal size” you get between 1/2 to 3/4 pound of meet. The red wine was an Argentinean and was very nice.
At the end of the evening we took a taxi to our hotel. The armed guard in front of the restaurant suggests that it is (still) not save to be on the streets in the evening.

Best steak in town!!! Great customer service. Love the environment and the Entraña was excelent!!!
My son wanted to come here after his marathon exercise. He said “let’s go and grab the best steak”. We had fun.

Great steak house better than normal and Guatemala has many, but La Media Cancha stands out. Parking. An be an issue at times but this place is a gem.

The best piece of meat I’ve tried in a really long time. The cooking was perfectly on the spot and the service was great. Plenty of food with plenty of flavor. Don’t miss this for anything.

Very best customer service and dinner to match the steak was perfectly cook with perfect blend of herbs the salad yes the salad was to die for. Even the fries were perfectly fried crispy in the out side and soft in the inside. Staff is always ready to make make you experience the best experience highly recommend

I have been frequenting this place since i was 10 years old. It is not a regular steakhouse but it has a deep and very meningful history in which every customer contributes daily. I travel frequently to Argentina and not even the best steakhouses in buenos aires compare to this. Quality, customer service and overall experience = 110%

We ate dinner with a party of 12 on a Friday night. We were seated immediately! The decor of the restaurant had just been updated. I have to say it was beautiful, as I don’t normally comment on these things. We order lomito and puyazo, along with longenesa, papas fritas and the house bread and salad. All were delicious and we had left over in such a large party. We had Novarro Correas Reserva Malbec. The food, the ambiance and service was impeccable! I cannot recommend this place highly enough !!

Unquestionably the best meat in town, and after the latest wave of price adjustments across the board, the prices here are quite reasonable. Ordering the "Pyrex de Mixto", will give you the best range of flavor. I ask for mine "5/8" cooked. Favorite dessert here is the Babarrua, and the bar is pretty complete.
