I have been to this restaurant several times over the years and have enjoyed the food and service. The tacos are delicious... stewed beans and rice are good... I am not adventurous when it comes to food but the dishes look appetizing and I haven't heard anyone complain. When you are in Orange Walk stop by

We visited Nahil Mayab Restaurant on August 27, 2016 on a business tirp. I was impressed with the excellence in service received. The staff was extremely courteous, checked on the table in a timely manner, I had a fish which was cooked to perfection and a lime juice which had the perfect touch, The chef Mr. Jarquin even stopped by... We ate here our first night in Orange Walk and it was so pleasant, we came back again the third night. The atmosphere was cute and inviting and the service was exquisite both times. Not to mention the fantastic food. The menu was extremely diverse and there were lots of items I would have liked to have tried. Both my... More

We stopped here on the recommendation of our tour guide. What a nice find after a long day touring the ruins! First off, it is air-conditioned! The main room is clean and decorated with Mayan themed motifs. The menu ranges from tourist friendly fish and chips to more traditional dishes. They serve a lovely Yucatan pork that is quite like... We were traveling in a group and ordered a variety of food. Everything was prepared as ordered and was very good. The decor is nice and service was good. The soups were large and came with rice.

We ate dinner here 3 or the 4 nights we were in Orange Walk. It was a large group so we had a buffet. The food was very good and served hot. The last night the chef prepared Crepes which were delicious. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It seems to be a spot for locals as well.

Our group had dinner twice at this restaurant. We were a party of 24, and they set up one long table to accommodate us. Excellent food, attentive service both visits. Highly recommend!

Seems to be the place to eat in Orange walk. A little out of the main centre of town (but not a lot) and worth seeking out. Really good range of traditional and modern dishes so everyone is happy. Great service and great atmosphere.

I had seen another review of Nahil calling it a "nice departure from other belizean restaurants" and they couldn't be more right. Nahil has a cool (literally) Maya/retro ambience, the music is always good, never too loud and their Tom Colin's are awesome. I'm no food critic so I won't get into any description but do try their ceviche, eggplant... More

This is a lovely restaurant. They have done a wonderful job decorating. They have an outside - treed patio. It is air - conditioned. The menus have a real touch class with wooden covers and hand painted carvings. The food is excellent. There were 4, of us. They accommodated my gluten intolerance with a corn tortilla for my enchilada. My... More
