We're certainly far from perfect, but we do try our best to create a winning experience for every single customer, whether they are hotel guests, Belizean neighbors or travelers staying at other hotels. Try pairing small plates with wines, choose from our creative main courses, or just enjoy some comfort food for breakfast or lunch. It's fun for us to meet new people and, well, just make them happy! Great rum punch! Great place to sit out on the ocean, the beach or inside (open air) with an excellent view of the ocean!

The food was so tasty we ate here 3 times: twice for dinner and once for breakfast. Consistently excellent food. The leek and conch appetizer and seafood chowder were particularly noteworthy as was the passion fruit pavlova. Highly recommend.

We are very fortunate to be staying at the hotel and have enjoyed many meals at the bistro. Their breakfast, their lunch, their dinner, their happy hour, everything is absolutely wonderful.

We were out exploring the peninsula on a golf cart and got stuck in some pretty heavy down pours. Stopped in for food and to dry off. They offered us a towel which was great. We had two apps, drinks, and desert. All was great.
