Pops had plenty of options with good food served in a timely manner. The place is clean and well run. Five of us ate breakfast there, with five different choices. Everyone enjoyed their meals.

Recommended by our tour guide, we stopped in for breakfast at Pops. We have no complaints! Prices were fair, service and breakfast were good. We had omelets with Johnny cakes and fry jacks. Johnny cakes are excellent-a must try in Belize. Fry jacks are similar to fry bread that we make at home. Portions were generous.

Pop's is a great place to grab a hearty breakfast before leaving for your tours or adventures for the day. The portions are big and filling so you won't go hungry and the food is good. Try their Jacks which is a Belizean deep fried dough pocket thing. The service is attentive and fast, and the prices are very fair.

Went here before our tour with PACZ. We had very limited time. They said they could take care of us in the 20 minutes we had and they did. The breakfast burrito, fruit bowl and coffee were just like I wanted. Service was swift and they even wrapped half my burrito and provided a to-go cup of coffee at no... More

We really didn't eat anywhere bad in San Ignacio. And Pop's was no exception. Recommended by our host Claudia at the Vanilla Hills Lodge, it was delicious. My wife had the eggs with stewed chicken and beans and tortillas and I had the chaya omelette with fryjacks. A simple but delicious breakfast. Both meals came with delicious refried beans. A... Great little American style diner in San Ignacio. Good value option for lunch (subs around 3usd ea) and breakfast. Service super friendly and responsive. If you haven't had a fry jack get one of these here too, unbelievably good greasy goodness!

At Pops they make you feel like home, they have the best fry jacks and my son favourite was the ham and cheese omelette. Very friendly staff and the owner seems to really want all his guest to special. You got to visit Pop's once you are in San Ignacio.

Since the dining room at our hotel was closed for remodeling it was suggested we walk to Pop's Restaurant for breakfast. So glad we did; the food was good, and the quantities generous. The wait staff was a bit slow, but what the heck - we were living on Belizean Time!

Friendly and prompt service. Good choice of breakfasts including traditional and Belizean types. And, the price is right.
