I had Errolyn's for breakfast two mornings. They are open fairly early (6:30am) when a lot of caye caulker is still waking up so it is nice to go early. They have so many options for Fry Jack fillings. I got bacon, egg and cheese...and was surprised by how big it was! Definitely filling and it was only $7.50 BZD which is a pretty cheap breakfast for belize from my experience. It takes maybe 10 minutes or so for the fry jack to be made but it is worth the wait. I came back another morning for breakfast to have it again because of the good food and value for money.More
Shockingly delicious and there is something for everyone. The beans are the star of this fry jack. The food is quick, delicious, and affordable, with the last being fairly rare on Caye Caulker. A perfect breakfast!
The fry jacks made to order are good and a good value. Be patient, the small staff is working to make everything to order. The patio is a great place to chat with and meet other travellers and locals while you wait. Fry jack's are...great walking food, so head out when you've got your order.More
My wife and both enjoyed our Fry Jacks. I had the bacon, egg and cheese fry jack and my wife had the Ham & Cheese Fry Jack. The portion size was large and it was freshly prepared. Unlike other restaurants on the island, the service...was fast. We only waited 5-7 minutes for our meal.More
Never had a fry jack so had to try! Kind of like Native American fry bread I really liked it. It was a little skimpy on the filling but still really good. Wife had a breakfast burrito and my was it full! It was a...foot long stuffed with everything she didn’t even put a dent in it and was full! All in all a pretty good place to eat glad we tried it.More
Delicious and filling fry jacks are the way to go as you start your day on Caye Caulker! These are the best fry jacks on the island and one was all I needed until dinner time!
I only had 6 fry jacks in 7 days...because Errolyn's is closed on Mondays! We especially loved the chicken, bean and cheese fry jacks. Yum yummy!More
