The vegetarian option of the day was a vegetable coconut curry with rice, mashed potatoes and garlic bread. The food was incredible (one of the best meals of my whole holiday) but the service was really slow. We ordered in advance and said we'd be back in an hour. When we got back we waited another hour to get our... More

The food is great. It takes some time, but it is worth it. The free unlimited rum punch may have made me like this place a little more. The cake for dessert is just ok, but again, the food is great. Right on Front Street with all outdoor seating.

Please listen to the terrible reviews. These people have the ability to suck you in but it would be by far the worst food on island... Actually in saying that worst food I ate in the 6 months I've been travelling! The shrimps in the curry were so I over cooked I couldn't eat them. Avoid this place!!!

My friends and I decided to stop by here one night because the ocean breeze felt great. The location of this little hut is right on the water and when the weather is nice and breezy, it's a perfect location. The food on the other hand was OK. I had much better food on the island. Also the unlimited rum... More

Recommend to come here for 'best lobster' my sister had last time she visited the island. Stopped by three times and they never had lobster? On the third night finally decided to settle for the vegetarian curry and my partner ordered the surf and turf. (BZ$25 and $35 respectively including unlimited rum + desert) Really long wait, the 'unlimited free... More

They sat me at a table with 3 young Aussies who were just back from a long day on the water and very hungry. While the food was okay, the comradery around the table was great and that's what Fran's is all about. Good food and a lot of story telling

We thought this place must be good, since there were always lots of people there in the evenings. Then we ate their and found out why there were so many people. You pay when you order, then sit for an hour waiting for food. They seem to only cook two meals at a time. One guy sits in front of... More

Spent a nice evening here. $25Bz each for entree with side of rice, unlimited rum punches, and chocolate cake. Get there before 7:30-8pm or so or they may run out of food on busy nights. Seating is picnic tables and we had a good time getting to know some fellow travelers!

It all starts well - they are friendly and serviceable on arrival but the second they have your money (you pay in advance) they become a grumpy lot and it becomes hard to get their attention. The fish was so horribly over cooked we couldn't finish it and ate less than half. The shrimp, the same 25B$ as the barracuda... More

Like the other reviewer mentioned, Fran and family are a little bit (well a lot) crazy. The food was good but it did take a while to receive our order. Strong rum and punch were included with the meal cost along with a small desert. ($25bz per person). You eat at picnic tables in the sand right on the beach.... More
