Wow very amazing service and the view is breathtaking. Lovely tropical vibes as you relax and enjoy the pool while under the coconut trees. Did a family birthday and it was exceptional.Thank you very much for the great day.

Fantastic atmosphere and drinks and a great bartender. The water slide is also loads of fun. The cocktails were expertly prepared and the food was delicious.

We were tired upon arrival to our hotel and decided to take a nap and just have dinner at the restaurant on site. We were not disappointed. We ordered the drink specials and also the dinner specials. We had the rum runners and the creamy...garlic chicken over pasta and grilled vegetables. Everything was delicious, though the pasta was slightly salty. The portion size was great. It was approximately $50 for 2 meals & drinks. We are probably going to eat here for many of our meals. We had appetizers today. The shrimp and also the hummus. Both were great.More

I don’t understand what all the hype about this place is. We came here because a friend recommended it. Shrimp tacos were cold and shrimp was over cooked and dry. Conch fritters were more beading than conch, calamari was tasteless.

The Amber Beach Bar & Grill is a great option if you’re walking along the beach, staying at Caribbean Villas, or staying nearby. The bartender staff is extremely friendly (Thanks, Julio, Glen & the other bartender we didn’t catch a name!) & personable, waitresses are...sweet, and the food is pretty dang good. There’s a nice mix of seafood, American food (burgers & salads), and local flavors such as jerk seasoning, fry jack, local grilled fish (tonight’s dinner special). The drinks are great, food comes out quick & fresh..it’s a lovely restaurant! We will be back to eat here during our next stay, and we’ll miss y’all!! .......Until next time!More

Surprisingly wide range of breakfast choices. Good quality food, pleasant and prompt service, decent prices. The view is lovely, too.

We went to Amber because it was located right next door to our hotel - it was a pretty good choice for an easy dinner. The seating is all outdoor and they had quite a large menu with a great variety - from sushi to...mac n cheese. All of it was good and our service was also just fine - there were not very many customers though when we were there so that may be why our experience was better than some others. Overall I would say not the best place you could find but not the worst - would say average dinner for the area.More

I really liked the grouper kebabs. My wife and I had it about 4-5 times. There is a restaurant across the street from departure side of airport. Eat breakfast there at least once, awesome.
