I had read about this place online, and popped by it while out shopping. Very friendly new owners from Houston that bought the place from the Australians. Very unique menu - like coconut french toast, burger with mozzerella inside, and vegetarian tacos with sweet potatoes. We came back the next day for breakfast/lunch and had those first two. French toast... More

We walked by Mesa while getting acquainted with the island on our first day in San Pedro. We saw the trip advisor flag out front and figured it must be an alright place to stop and get a coffee in the am. Day 2 we stopped and had breakfast and were delighted with both the food and the coffee. The... More

This restaurant was just taken over by a couple from Houston a month or so prior to my visit. They were incredibly kind and fun to talk to-- and I had the best fish tacos I've ever had in my life. They were FULL of meat and the sauce drizzled over the top was amazing. Don't worry about getting too... More

Heard Mesa mentioned by several on the beach so went for Spicy Sweet Potato Tacos. Just the right amount of heat...very fresh ingredients. Good service, friendly hosts, and we'll be back! Breakfast and lunch served 8-2.

Small, comfortable, friendly cafe on the side street. We had breakfast and enjoyed the pancakes. Mesa also offers lunch.

Clean, contemporary breakfast spot. Small and intimate. Although not on the beach, is right downtown.

They were closed on Saturday and Sunday when we 1st tried to eat there but it was worth the wait. The Coconut French toast was awesome! The Cafe Americana was very good too. The best breakfast we had in San Pedro. It seemed that all of the restaurants that had the owners actively involved were by far the best. The... More

Delicious and great presentation. The international coffees are wonderful. I had my first White Flat. The omelette was fluffy with great flavor. We split the chocolate banana pancakes. Yummy!!!

Mesa is located a short walk from the Sunbreeze Hotel! You won't be disappointed! The banana, pineapple French toast with roasted coconut were the bomb! I'm usually not a French toast lover, but couldn't resist trying these. Glad I did. Almost like a dessert! They did not disappoint. I think it's the bread they use, thick fresh slices!
