If you need a good breakfast on the waterfront then Latitudes is for you. You can get traditional Belizean or American comfort food. Delicious smoothies with local fruits and ice coffees that will help keep you cool in the heat. Good prices too.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast here! We each got smoothies that were fruity and delicious. I got the Belizean breakfast and he got the Belizean wrap. Both were yummy but I think mine was better because I had my first fry jacks...More

Wine is very expensive in Belize, wherever you go. Local wines are pretty bad as well, except for the Travellers Blackberry, which is good mixed with sprite as a spritzer. If you want good wine, buy at the airport duty free, or spend a lot in the stores for good wine. A bottle costing $10 in the US will be about $30 in BZ. We live here and we are rum and beer people now. Long tall drinks are much more popular; a bottle of rum, vodka or gin runs about $8 a bottle. Have a great visit!
