This couple makes some amazing pastries! We went at least 4-5 times in the week we were there. And if you don't eat from breakfast, a quick 30 second microwave turned it into dessert.

At the recommendation of our resort I stopped in to grab pastries for breakfast. The banana bread and cinnamon roll did not disappoint. Everything looked and smelled delightful - must stop while on the island. They had a variety of freshly baked bread too!

We stop here for bakery one morning. The baked goods tasted old and stale. Maybe we hit them on a bad day. I would not go back.

Wonderful owners and staff. Laidback service but then you shouldn’t be in be in a hurry in Belize. You must try the granola bars.

Best cinnamon rolls made fresh daily. We tried some of their other pastries but the cinnamon rolls were by far the best! Had to stop there every day for breakfast.

If you are visiting Ambergris Caye, San Pedro, just do not bother to go anywhere else for your breakfast, morning coffee or lunch. The Baker is a lovely, beautifully maintained cafe run by Emily and Ken, a married couple from Ireland. Emily and Ken have...More

They are closed until beginning of October. Many places take this time of year as a break before the high season starts.
