Coming into town late, we were looking for a place to eat and stumbled upon Smokejack. We got there about 40 minutes before closing and they never rushed us or made us felt as if we were messing up their closing mojo. I enjoyed combo meal and the server gave some great insight as to which sauce or rubs to... More

In Alpharetta on business and wanted to try some bbq. Had the pulled pork shoulder with baked beans and bacon and a cup of Brunswick stew. I didn't particularly care for the sauce (too much vinegar), but it was served on the side, so that was fine. The Brunswick Stew was fantastic and the pork was also satisfying. Nice peaty... More

Lunch or Dinner it is my favorite. Have had at some time most all of the menu and all is really well prepared and delicious. Friendly and inviting. Also used their catering and is always on time and everyone compliments the food.

My husband is the BBQ lover. This is one of his favorite BBQ restaurants. The exposed brick walls adds to the ambiance of country, history and cleanliness. Nice and comfortable. But BBQ is not my favorite food.

We discovered Smokejack's by chance several years ago on a trip to Atlanta to visit the American Girl Store and go to a Braves game. They had great reviews, so we decided to try it. We now go every year, and my husband counts down the days. On this trip, we started with fried pickles and fried green tomatoes. The... More

I've been going to smoke jack for a couple years now and it's the best BBQ in the area. The fried pickles are the best I've had! The burnt ends is my go to entree. I usually just order a pound of the meat and get a side of the sweet potatoes and corn pudding. The corn pudding is out... More

The smoked turkey is amazing! The wings and burnt ends are excellent too. Good atmosphere and plenty of alcohol for everyone!

Visiting some family in the area and they suggested Smokejack as a great local BBQ place. Certainly based on the recent reviews it seemed like a good idea but... First, some positives. The selection of beers is really good and the restaurant is nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and the service was quick and efficient. No complaints there. The... More

Went here on a recommendation from a co-worker. We went for lunch on a Saturday. No waiting and service from Stephanie was outstanding. Food came out in less than 5 mins from ordering. I ordered but ends and my wife ordered a pulled port sandwich. Both were very good and the sauces used accentuated the flavor. The side orders were... More

I came with other 7 friends and all of the dishes were simply awesome! If you are ready to indulge your sweet tooth on a southern treat, don't miss the BlackBerry Cobbler
