From start to finish, it was a great experience. The ambiance is nice and comfortable. The food is the best part though. We started with appetizers. Bombay Bhel was very nice and so was the samosa. Pav Bhaji was decent. Now let's get to what the restaurant is excellent at, South Indian cuisine! Goat Chettinad was one of the best... More

I ate in this restaurant last night with three friends from work. I am a regular visitor to Atlanta and this is the best Indian food that I have eaten here in 10 years of travelling here. Would happily recommend and will return in my next trip.

Bad part is they charge half for kids of age 4, which is ridiculous. Food was good a year back and gradually quality and taste is going down. Even though it is crowded may be because food is ok and you will get lot more varieties for reasonable price. Weekdays it's ok but weekends it is over crowded. If you... More

So about 20 of us went to Madras Chettinad last Sunday for their weekend buffet. They had an elaborate spread. The food was good. The tandoori chicken was nicely done, the goat in the goat curry was tender, the carrot halwa and the kheer were quite delicious with just the right amount of sugar, the curd rice was really good,... Madras Chettinaad is one of our favs, when ever Indian restaurant food in Atlanta is being discussed,MC is the first one on the list. Been regular like the Ala Carte specially. Lunch Buffets are not that delicious. Dinner ala Carte -- non veg options-- chicken tikka is my favorite and other North Indian dishes are excellent. When in hurry Chole... More

From the welcome when we arrived, to the impressive memory of the waiter taking our extensive order without a note pad, to the speediness of our food arriving and the exceptional quality of every dish we ordered it was truly superb!!

It is one of the best Indian food we came across during our visit across to five states in a short span of three months. The crowd thronged on Saturday and ensure you are there well in time or wait for lunch/dinner in your turn to enjoy the sumptuous food of great taste. Both veggies and non-veggies enjoy the food here.... More
