I’ve been doing what I can to support local businesses during COVID and getting takeout as much as I can, although I’ve had to start limiting due to the costs. I am only writing this review because I feel strongly about it and it is deserved. Today was a calm Sunday downtown. I walked from home to treat myself to a burger outside for lunch. No one was in line outside so I walked up to the window counter and ordered. After I ordered i was a bit turned off I had to touch the screen for payment etc and surprised there was no hand sanitizer available. The cashier also didn’t tell me I would need to pick up my order elsewhere so I was hanging near the order window more than 6 feet from the cashier who was inside since no one was in line or approaching. I got scolded from the window that the manager was strict on social distancing so I needed to move away. So I social distanced by myself for a while waiting to hear my name from the window. I saw a guy walk out of the building with a takeout bag and go to the front where the designated Uber and online pickup station was. Then I get a text saying my order was at the front ready. Low and behold that was where I had to pick up. There was no easy way to get to the front without either walking Around the other side of the building or through the restricted grass area. And side note no 6 foot social distancing was being enforced on the patio despite the supposed strict enforcement. While I was eating nearby I watched other people order and not get scolded when they were actually standing behind other patrons in line. I felt singled out for no reason I could understand as literally no one was with me or near me when I ordered. To top it off, my meal was disappointing. The fries were very greasy and I only ate a few simply because I was starving. And something was off with the burger. It was grilled tasting on the outside but seemed not quite cooked through inside or not the consistency I expected. Anyway all those things combined led me to write this review. I fully support social distancing and compliance efforts but businesses need to be consistent in their application and also not take for granted their patrons who are trying to support.

We walked in with plans of eating dinner but saw it was more of a fast food/counter order type of place. We ended up ordering the guacamole with plantain chips & drinks. The Frozen Rose was great & TVs available for football. Great location in the heart of the square. Left & went somewhere else for dinner.
Tip: Parking garage around the corner in the shops or a fair amount of shopfront or street parking available!

The only problem here is the price and it’s not that bad. Try the frozen rose makes it worth it fish tacos are good too

Since my previous review of Chiringa (30a Comes to Alpharetta), times have certainly changed. Before coronavirus, Chiringa was my "go-to" place, and throughout the pandemic, Chiringa has continued to be my "go-to" place thanks to their inspired way of dealing with the situation. General Manager Lauren LeNoir has set up the best social distancing take out experience of all the downtown Alpharetta restaurants. Walk up to the "social distancing made easy" Fly-Up window, place your order, pay, and then walk around the building to pick up your order. They even text you when your order is ready so you can continue your social distancing while waiting for your order. It is all done to perfection thanks to the insight of Lauren LeNoir. Lauren and her staff (Lauren F, Chris, and Watts to name a few) have gone above and beyond to keep things safe and efficient while maintaining their usual high level of fun and hospitality. Thanks for getting us through this with great drinks and great comfort food!

Had a lobster roll lunch with my sister yesterday. Their outdoor seating was well done and the service was very good. The frozen margarita was amazing! We will be back! We also enjoyed chatting with the owner who was kind enough to check-in to see how we liked our food and drinks.

This place is a ripoff. Food is horrible and pricey. Burnt chips and fries. The fish sandwich looked like it had beer eaten before and the fish tacos & calamari went straight in the trash. Check photos online posted by customers before eating there.

Looked like a terrific menu. Honestly, we were only there to grab a few drinks while strolling around downtown Alpharetta. A couple beers (not a wide selection) but what I want to talk about is the AMAZING Cucumber Vodka Referesher... I enjoyed it so much. It's like a vodka mojito - definitely will be back for many more of these this spring and summer.

Amazing food, excellent service and a fun beachy atmosphere right in the middle of downtown Alpharetta! The bacon guacamole cheeseburger was delicious and the Frose was the best I have ever tasted. They have a new heated tent with tables spaced out for social distancing and tables were disinfected by the staff between guests. A must try if you are in Alpharetta!

Our son and his wife recommended Chiringa because of their delicious Chicken sandwich. Not only is that sandwich delicious, but we also have had their Grouper Sandwich, Hamburger and Shrimp basket. Hard to decide what to get now!!!

The fish tacos are actually tasty; however, they give you only two... with a small amount of fish... and charge you the full price for a full fish dinner. So $20 for two tacos with mostly cabbage and a small amount of fish. I'm ashamed to say I paid it. The funny thing is the guy that worked there tried to convince me they shove an entire piece of grouper in those two tacos. Not even half of a fish is what I would say. I don't plan to return. There are other options.

A friend and I had lunch here and we were not impressed with the food. The restaurant itself is very cute and the staff were friendly. The basic fish sandwich was $20 which is ridiculously overpriced. I had the blackened chicken sandwich which was rubbery and lacked seasoning. It was one of the messiest sandwiches I’ve ever eaten and got soggy because the bun was not toasted and the sauce soaked it through. The side salad, while fresh, was quite tasteless. I would return to get some Dole Whip and walk around downtown Alpharetta but I would not get any food.

Grilled Shrimp Bowl/Grouper sandwich were both yummy and fresh. Several sauces to choose from: ranch yogurt, awesome sauce and a curry sauce. All great.
It takes a little while to order but there is attentive servers!
Great location by the green lawn. Fun place to people watch.
