Food was excellent, Service, price and cleanliness were perfect. Off the beaten path in Adel but worth it. Only open 3 days a week so check.

We ate lunch there a I had the fried shrimp with slaw. It was amazing! My friend had the teriyaki shrimp & crab rice and he said that it was wonderful. The next time that I go, I'm trying the teriyaki shrimp. This is good down home cooking. I can't wait to take my wife here to eat! Eat here and you won't be disappointed.

The food is always good. The crab rice is my favorite. I would have given C&C a five except, phone is busy when trying to place call I orders, once you arrive, you stand in line with customers who have not ordered. They need a separate register to take care of the call in orders. So your food isn't cold while waiting to pay. With better organization this place could be a 5 star eatery.

They take the phone off the hook so you can't make call in orders. We called 50 times in 30 minutes and the line was busy!! So we drove to the restaurant to place our order and had to wait at the drive thru for 20 minutes to place our order and was told to come back in 20-30 minutes to pick it up. We had to wait again to pick the order up!!
The cheese grits were lumpy and you only get two small pieces of mullet.

This restaurant is not open on Monday-Thursday. They have a limited menu that features shrimp. The grilled shrimp in a garlic butter sauce is very good. The prices are reasonable. Soft drinks are cans and not refillable for free.

This restaurant started out great. But after awhile they started making their crab rice too spicy and now even their fried shrimp is too spicy to eat. It is hard to call in orders, their phone is either busy or they don't answer. Then the girl behind the counter with the purple hair would rather socialize with everyone than take your order.

Great place to eat! The crab rice is phenomenal! Great personalities and enjoyable atmosphere! A little off the beaten path but the great places usually are!
