Being in the area, we referred to TripAdvisor to find an interesting place for lunch. MaggieMay’s Tea Room met that definition. MMTR is located in what used to be called a Mercantile in small towns. The Mercantile was where you went for dry goods, in...More

Completely enjoyed lunch and hearing the history about the building. Neat little items for sale and loved the bookstore inside.

If you aren't in a hurry this is a quaint little place to visit. Their chicken salad is really good. I'd recommend the sampler platter. My husband got the Ruben and it was just okay.

Went here with 3 friends for lunch. The chicken salad was pretty good but the Hummingbird Cake was delish!

The food was average. I thought it was very bland. I dont think they use fresh garlic in their food. Very disappointing

We drove into Adairsville to poke around (and search for wine, which we located at Food Lion). We stopped at Maggie Mae's for lunch. It was delicious! What a pleasant surprise! Try the peach iced tea!
