Nice, casual atmosphere & attentive service. I had the black bean soup & a massive chicken quesadilla. Both great. Husband had fried, whole Lion Fish. Loved it. Included photo.

I was exploring downtown Apalachicola and stopped for lunch at this corner. There are tables outside made of concrete with fishing hooks in the concrete. Perfect for people with pets to sit outside. The front of the café is all windows and faces Reid Ave. where a lot of the shops are. Tables on this level and in the main... More

We had a huge group of 11 and Jece took our order and recommended dishes. Everyone in our party was very happy with our food. Great service and great food.

Grouper sandwiches were great. Don't miss the Caribbean banana split! Reasonably priced and close to the water in the historic section

Going to the going to the bathroom I passed the kitchen and saw a mouse trap ,dirty walls, disgusting floor A hot dog with a few chips was $9. The bill for a hamburger and hot dog was $29 with 2 soft drinks. The decor is cute and the waitress nice, but, ugh, just ugh!

Love Tamaras Cafe, eaten here dozens of times and never ever had a bad meal. The South American flair is very nice. Do not pass up this place!

The 9 of us piled into Tamara’s Café about 6 PM on a Thursday evening (no reservation) and the staff didn’t blink an eye. They moved tables around and had us seated in just a couple of minutes. We ordered a couple of appetizers (the spicy shrimp are especially good) and some wine (they have a surprisingly interesting wind list)... More

The best food. From the sangria, black bean soup, fish tacos and paella. Loved it all. We went on Sunday night when it wasnt very busy. Nice location on main road. Loved our experience.

The food was pretty good and we enjoyed everything we ordered, but it took a long time to get it. The menu was also over-priced in my opinion compared to similar restaurants in other tourist cities where I have eaten; however, considering there is not a huge variety of restaurants in the area, this is probably to be expected.

Best fish tacos ever. Was made with grouper and was grilled. Not priced bad for being in tourist area. Had flan for desert and it was quite tasty also.

Thank Paula M
