Ate here during Magical Dining month and loved it so much that we drive here from Daytona Beach area as often as we can. I was hesitant to try the rice balls, but after reading about them in Montabalno's books, and hearing the manager praise...them, I decided to try. So delicious. Everything we've tried has been special. I love the short ribs, and hubby's favorite is clams with linguini or Zuppe de Pesche.More

Great atmosphere - like stepping back in time 30 years - where everyone smiles and acknowledges you - and goes out of the way to provide a great experience. The food is authentic and all made in-house. As a vegetarian, I eat a limited diet...but Rosaria (the proprietor) and his kitchen staff always come up with something delicious. They also have an outstanding wine collection, particularly for Italian Reds. Fine Dining atmosphere at mid-range price. My wife and I love to sit at the bar and socialize with the surrounding guests and staff. Great spot for lunch, dinner, happy hour, or even just an evening dessert / nightcap. For those visiting, you won't be disappointed. If you are a local, you are in luck. Once you visit, this Terra Mia is bound to become a favorite, regular stop. One of our favorite places in Central Florida.More

My wife wanted an item she had previously eaten there which was a pasta with squid and shrimp in squid ink sauce. The waiter said they no longer had that dish but could order something just about the same. It was not! Only scrimp and...pasta are not the same. For many years, they have had delicious bread and we normally request a second basket, this time we did not go back for a second slice. According to the manager, they hired a new chef who in our minds should have interned more. The crowning blow was that this inept chef was not wearing a mask the entire time we were in the restaurant. Wait I forgot, desert was meh! I did not even finish my dry cake. Both of us agreed desert would have been better at Dunkin Donuts.More

I have been dining here for over 5 years and each time I visit these three words always come to mind, as the quality of the food, the quality of the service and the quality of the hospitality are truly 100% authentic Italian. It all...starts from the top, as the owner Rosario, is always there with a warm smile and eager to please. He cares about his guests and goes the extra mile to make sure each and every person is happy with their dining experience. His charming personality makes the food (and beer/wine) taste like home/family. All of the servers and bartenders mirror Rosario's cheerful demeanor and do a great job with service. He is also very charitable and helps support local youth sports organizations like Orlando City Youth Soccer. If you are looking for a quality, authentic, Italian restaurant for lunch or dinner, look no further than, Terra Mia Ristorante Altamonte. Also, there are PLENTY of options for kids as well...BEST PIZZA in the area ;-)More

We ate here for Magical Dining. All of the choices were fabulous and large enough for leftovers. We were served delicious warm bread but no plates or silverware so I got them myself. The inside was very crowded and didn't appear to be socially distanced...at all but they found us a great table outside. Excellent wine list by the glass and quartino. Loved it all except the crowded inside during pandemic but I'd go back and eat outside again.More

TerraMia is a restaurant that was never on our radar in Orlando. We actually ended up trying it after seeing another one of our favorite Italian places closed for COVID. I am sure glad we gave this place a shot. The food was awesome. Fresh,...tasty and enormous portions. Our server was also awesome. She gave us great recommendations and was very attentive the whole night. 5 stars!More

What a wonderful lunch experience! A very affordable lunch menu with classic Italian Specialties, along with some featured specials. We had an excellent server. I had the Eggplant Parmesan with a Caesar Salad. Everything was fresh and delicious. I will be back again soon.

The entrees were delicious although my wife complained that the soupa de pesce was a bit small. Our waiter never came back to ask if everything was good. The bread is usually delicious, but tonight was leftover bread that had been kept in a plastic...bag. If you are going to serve day old bread, at least heat it up.More
