Was not as good as the Zaza in Waterford lakes. Service was poor. 25 minute wait at 11:50 am. Beef was stringy and over cooked but tasted great. I always order the same entree and so does my husband. Cuban sandwich bread was harder than...usual. No hand soap in the bathroom creeps me out. I had to move the food from another person off the table so we could eat. Couldn’t find a napkin anywhere. I watched a girl using self serve coffee and she had to keep asking for everything because no one had stocked the area. What was even funnier is that 6 people were sitting down at the table eating who were obviously upper management working for Zara’s. It has been so long since we had eaten at zaza’s that I asked the girl what sides because I wanted the salad I had ordered in the past but she hurriedly told me what sides it comes with so I assumed the menu had changed until I saw the servers coming out with side salads. Too long of a wait and too expensive for my overcooked entree.More

Moved from Miami area 11 years ago and missed the Cuban food/restaurants. Discovered Zaza Altamonte a few years ago and was quite pleased with the authenticity of the food. Returned today for evening meal and noticed the name change and expected the same food quality...as before. There was a marked difference in my expectations. Service was very good but a disappointment in food quality. Maybe the virus has made keeping standards high or multiple locations and centralized cooking has contributed or Tuesday is not a good day to judge. This review is intended to motivate management and I wish Zaza success and I will try again.More

I live close by and grew up in Miami with some great Cuban restaurants. This place ranks high in quality and overall service. Its become a favorite go to place for a good meal. Excellant!

I have written quite a bit of reviews, and I rarely rate a 5/5. If any restaurant deserves such a rating, it’s Zaza’s. Great for any meal, with a great selection of high quality food, for low-moderate prices. I have never met or interacted with...a staff member and had any concerns. The restaurant itself is very well-kept and clean, and has the expected seating arrangements of a cafe style restaurant. The food is prepared in a timely manor, and is great for take-out or dining in. (I’ve done both) I highly recommend for lunch, brunch, lunch, or dinner.More

After trying multiple Cuban restaurants in Central Florida, I was always disappointed with the quality and flavors of the food. My daughter and her husband took us to Zaza yesterday for the first time and I was so pleasantly surprised! The food tasted like real...Cuban food, was very well seasoned, quality, temperature, everything was on point. The portions were good and prices were affordable. So much grease in the air you could see it when walking in. The place is busy and service nice. Great Cuban coffee. The Cuban toast not so much.

Had traditional Cuban food; it was delicious. Specialty coffee excellent. Staff were very friendly, helpful & courteous. Large portions of food. Recommend for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

I was not wow impressed by the food and the place is very small. Some customers stay there for a long time after finishing what they were eating and that table no one can't use it. So either you take the food to go or...wait until someone decides to go and leave the space for someone else to use.More

I come to this place every weekend for my breakfast and I love it. The best place in town for the egg sandwich, croquets and cafe con leche. Highly recommend this place to everyone. The service is outstanding and top class levels.

I love good Cuban food and this place doesn’t disappoint. After recently visiting their location in the airport I was pleasantly surprised to find other locations around the area. I made a solo stop for a great cafe con leche, beef empanadas and two quesitos...for later. They stopped to make the empanadas fresh, the cheese danish were still warm. All for under $15. I wish I lived closer. I will keep them on my list though whenever I make it to the area.More

We ate here while on vacation with family. You get a good portion of tasty food for a reasonable price. There were lots of choices so everyone was able to find something they liked to eat. For lunch we had rooa Vieja, grilled chicken breast...and the roast pork with rice and beans (red and black), maduros, tostones and fried yucca, everything was delicious.More
