I have been here a few times, the food is awesome and the staff is friendly. The only issue I have is one of the bar tenders (looks like Louis C.K.) He always seems like he is in a bad mood and I have seen...his manager tell him numerous times to put his mask on because he lets it sit below his nose. Other than that I highly recommend Santiago's in Altamonte Springs. :-)More

My family and I came here to celebrate my birthday! It was AWESOME. We tried so many tapas and my kids just LOVED it. Sometimes we get stuck in a rut but this was terrific! We tried so much of everything and we were full....Adding a salad and splitting it was perfect. The ambiance and service was excellent.More

From the great beer and wine selection to the chef-made tapas, I find that both locations of Santiago’s Bodega are top notch, solid options for folks looking for fare a cut above similar prices options. There really is nothing close to this quality in this...price bracket in Longwood-Altamonte Springs, proper. I had the Greek Board for lunch this time around. From the exquisite fresh-made feta to the refreshing pita, still warm from the oven with a crisp outside and tender inside, paired with home-prepared hummus that was a little more substantial than the store stuff with a “pow” of flavor I am glad not to have missed, a fresh-ground lamb patty seasoned to perfection and a nice cucumber-onion salad to add, this was a great lunch balance for a very reasonable price. And the decor is great m, my service staff were on their game and very personable and the location, while at first appearing to be in a busy place, has surprisingly private spots with outdoor seating for those days with perfect weather. Want something unique in a land of franchises and fast food? Stop in at Santiago’s. I didn’t regret it and I bet you won’t either.More

The Short Ribs are crunchy on the outside but tender on the inside. I’ve never had a better short rib!!! It’s a must try!!!

I was in the area for business but had time to meet a friend for dinner. Santiago's was his suggestion. We sat at the bar and Mike took GREAT care of us. He walked us through the menu and made suggestions. We shared 4 hot...tapas and a bowl of soup. Everything was exactly as Mike described and excellent! Our drink needs were simple and didnt provide much of a challenge for Mike. When in the area I will deffinately return.More

Santiago's Bodega in Orlando; Awesome. Santiago's Bodega in Altamonte Springs: Not Awesome. Every time I walk into this place which has been about 9 or 10, it feels like I'm walking into one of my Uncle Woody's birthday parties. My Uncle Woody was a great...dude, but he had no idea how to throw a party. I know these guys know how to throw a party, but I guess everybody has a bummer party once in a while. Unfortunately, this one is all of the time and cost $250,000. It perplexes me that it is still open, because it started out this way and has only dis-improved (just made that word up). The lethargy of the staff is palpable, if you could bottle it and sell it you would lose money. The "vibe" is a cross between....well...there isn't one. My buddy still likes to go here, but he used to love going to Mulligan's - think he got a pay raise. My wife and sister-in-law meet here "because it's so quiet we can talk and catch up", hardly a recipe for success. When was the last time a person opened a restaurant/bar and said to themselves "I want to open a place that is quiet so sisters can talk and catch up!"? Never. There is a lot they can do to fix this miss, but I doubt they will, it's cost another $100K. See you at the other one in ORL.More

My wife and I went there for a dinner date. The food and staff were amazing. The atmosphere is really relaxing and energetic at the same time. Awesome place to share unique entrees and sample something new.

Reasonable prices for small plate tapas and sharing. a Hidden gem for many. Even if you are not a meat eater or you are a keto fan, there are enough choices for either on the menu. Our waiter was very helpful in pointing out our...preferences on the menu.More

We hosted my Mom's 60th Birthday party at this location on a Saturday morning for brunch and had such an amazing experience! Our waitress, Dino was extremely attentive and did such a great job with our party of 20! She made sure that our glasses...were never empty, our omelette/pasta/french toast orders were picked up in a timely manner, and took the extra mile to bring out the cake we brought for my mom and even supplied candles (which I forgot). It's typically a little difficult to manage a large party like that but she did a great job and everyone in our party was happy! The food for brunch is always fantastic! We had quite a few people who hadn't been for brunch before and they were all really impressed with the crab legs and the carving stations. The fried french toast is one of my favorites and a must have if you're going for brunch! It's definitely our favorite brunch spot in Orlando and while it's a little pricey, you get what you pay for - great service and fantastic food and drinks!More
