This is a must. We were in town for a couple of days and big "foodies". We found this spot so decided to try something different. This is over all our favorite place visiting while in the area for 4 days. The griddle with sausage and veggies was AMAZING! I wasn't sure about the pancake batter/meat/cheese combo. But OMG to... Good, simple breakfast food. Servings are huge, so I prefer ordering the Little Griddle from the kids menu. (Small up-charge) Service is a hit or miss. Some of the staff is nice, but usually they're busy and not very friendly. Plan on waiting for a table!

Well I have not had the negative experience here that I've seen others write so I'll share mine. Good size portions, and very flavorful food. Good value I think for what you get. I come here maybe once a month and have not had a bad experience. The staff has always accommodated my requests or substitutions and if something wasn't... More

The meals are excellent and management is local. The French Toast is almost too much to eat in one sitting.

Always great food - egg white omelette with cheese and bacon is my favorite. Pancakes are huge and you need to save room for cinnamon roll. Be patient - always a wait on weekends, but worth it.

We've been here several times for breakfast and the food is always delicious. We usually go on the weekends and there is a wait to get in but it's worth it. I especially enjoy the french toast and the typical bacon and eggs. Their homemade cinnamon rolls are also to die for!!

First and possibly only visit to this little breakfast place. The food was good and our server was very friendly and attentive, however, beware if you have children. At the end of our breakfast my wife stepped away from our table leaving our daughter who is less than two years old sitting on the bench seat across from my mother... More

They had the a/c pumping and when our food arrived it was cold. I mentioned this to the waitress, she said, yeah, we have to crank up the a/c cause we get so jammed, it gets hot in here. The people at the table next to us mentioned it also. Some guy (manager maybe) came out from the back and... More

Based on the strength of the reviews we read here, we stopped at TLG for at 10:00am Sunday brunch. As expected, it was a full house, but we were quickly seated. We ordered off the specials menu (eggs benedict) and the regular menu (biscuits and gravy) and were surprised that it took almost 30 minutes for our meals to arrive.... More

This is one of my favorite places to go for breakfast and my only complaint is that it is so good that the wait to get in on the weekends is long but worth the wait.
