I really love the bento boxes at Saigon Tokyo. The fried rice was delicious, miso soup was wonderful, california sushi roll was delicious and pretty! I had the katsu chicken and it was big and so good. BF had the tempura chicken that also included tempura veggies. Wait staff was wonderful and made great conversation with us. This is the 5th time I have eaten here and I will always come back here for the bento boxes. The ambiance is cute and tidy.

Great Sushi dinner, menu was extensive and the staff was a solid 5 Star! In from out of town and this place did not disappoint. Don’t think twice. You’ll love it. I had the bento. Calamari is fabulous.

I was the last customer for the night, and I received a friendly greeting by the manager as I walked through the door, he greeted me as if I was the first customer of the day. My food was the Bento with miso soup and the sushi was delicious from the first bite to the last, the service was friendly.

We took a chance not knowing the area and glad we did. It was the freshest tasting sushi we've had. The portions were generous with the sushi fillings a good size (not just rice filler). Highly suggest the Tornado roll.

We travel to Aurora fairly often for appointments at Children's Hospital. The sushi place near the hotel we usually stay at went out of business, so we were in the Market for a new spot. My husband and daughters eat sushi, but I do not. We found Saigon Tokyo in a search for sushi places near the hospital and decided to give Saigon Tokyo a try. We were so glad we did. Really cute place, attentive staff, great food. The menu had many creative sushi options, but also plenty of offerings for non-sushi eaters. I have a wheat/gluten sensitivity (I can eat small amounts without a problem), and I was pleased they used rice paper for some of their appetizers. Our party of 3 all enjoyed the food, and I already have my eye on something new to order next time. Of the 3 things I tried, my fave was the Vietnamese egg roll ... thin, crispy, and made with rice paper. Next time I'm getting a double order and taking some home. SO GOOD!

Good food, great taste, okay service. Crab cheese wontons lacked a bit of flavor, sesame chicken was great.

Huge selection of sushi and a pretty good variety of Vietnamese offerings (Pho, etc). Clean, fresh and no surprises. Very nice service.

The Saigon Tokyo restaurant, located in Aurora, Colorado, is an outstanding place to eat if you like sushi, pho, and many other choices.
As for atmosphere, Saigon Tokyo is a nice place to eat, with plenty of ambience and areas to sit at. I've not been there when they were very busy, but personally I prefer it a little more cozy and quiet.
My lady friend recently took me to eat there last week-- we have been there before-- and as always, we got excellent service as we expected.
As I love sushi, I had to order two different types of sushi, and both were fresh and delicious. I have always enjoyed sushi any time I visit their establishment, and highly recommend it if you are into sushi.
Both my lady friend and I ordered pho-- delicious as always-- we like the large bowl, and if you can't finish it, you can get the rest to go!
We also usually order drinks-- everything we have had is good, though I've found some of the drinks strong, so be careful on what you order, unless you like your drinks mixed strong. Last time I ordered a pina colada, which was perfectly made.
Saigon Tokyo has the unique ability to serve traditional Vietnamese, Chinese, and Japanese food, but also be true to its title of Asian fushion. Give them a try. I believe you will enjoy them. We have enjoyed them twice, and plan to go back for another amazing meal soon!!

We had the Pho, sushi, and Kung pow Chicken. The shush was great! The Kung pow and pho were ok. The staff was very friendly though and were quick to get to our food out.

Was in Aurora for a educational clinic Thursday through Saturday, late in April of this year. I always like to search out good food when I'm dining out.
Stumbled upon Saigon Tokyo and it had good reviews, so I went for it. We found the Nigiri Sushi to be fabulous and the variety of sushi rolls really showed the creativity of the Sushi Masters.
We liked it so much we went there 2 times for dinner and both times service was fabulous and the food was top drawer. Pricing was very reasonable as well. You won't wait long to eat, as they flat get after it.

I went here cause I live across the street and was craving some fish. The Mr and I ordered a few nigiri and sashimi dishes and I was very disappointed. The rices dishes are OK, but stay away from the sushi!

We often visit Saigon Tokyo for lunch, when they have a special sushi menu. All of the specials are excellent and they always taste fresh. We also love the Heart Attack, although it's not really that spicy. They usually have lunchtime deals on beer (I think $2), making it an inexpensive lunch.

This is our favorite place to get delivery from. The portions are good, prices are a little steep but not entirely unreasonable, and service is fast. Highly recommend!

This restaurant has a nice mix of different types of Asian cuisine; Thai, Japanese etc., and it's all very good. the atmosphere is nice and very clean, the staff are friendly and very attentive. We love their bento boxes, the food is wonderful and the attention to detail is precise. Even the rice comes out in an adorable heart shape. All the sushi I've tried was delicious and their hot and sour soup is some of the best I've ever eaten.
