We arrived to a snowy spring day and were craving great ramen! Word on the street was this place was the best and it did not disappoint! They slayed the shrimp ramen with lobster broth. Great find in Aspen!!

I've spent plenty of time in Japan, and this place holds its own. I recommend the sashimi preparations and especially the Hamachi Kama. Grilled Wagyu is off the charts. Good service too.

Aspen is full of wonderful restaurants! Choose Maru if you want an excellent dinner for family and friends in a quiet spot. Quirky decorations add to the appeal! While Matsuhisa is more of a big restaurant with a busy social appeal, Maru is a far...More
