Dining at Rustique is always a great choice: Casual atmosphere and great food. I particularly recommend the fries, the mussels, and the cheese soufflé

They need to refreshed the menu. This place has great potential, and maybeI just ordered wrong. There's just no energy in this place.

Very limited menu. Server got our order confused. Ordered calamari, received risotto. Waited another 20 minutes or so for what we ordered. Husband's dish was cold. when it came back out. Definitely would not return.

make sure you eat at the bar. Mac and cheese is to die for. Cozy, comfortable, excellent ambience. If the trout is in, go for it.

We've been every year since it opened and never been disappointed. Love the items always on the menu...French onion soup, Moules Frites, Macaroni and Cheese, as well as the new offerings. Wonderful service.

We chose Rustique for our 33rd anniversary dinner for which we had traveled from Arkansas to stay at The Limelight Hotel - the same place we honeymooned so many years before. We walked around town for little while before dinner and then headed over for our reservation slot a little early, sitting at the bar and enjoying a drink and... More

My husband and I wandered around last night looking for a restaurant with a nice patio to have dinner. We thought Rustique looked inviting. They got us in right away and gave us a great table on the patio. The calamari was wonderful, it had a great seasoning. I had the ruby trout which came with fingerling potatoes and Brussels... More

We don't find many pet friendly restaurants in our travels so the Rustique Bistro was meant to be. We didn't do any homework in advance and simply took a drive around downtown Aspen. As we passed the Rustique my wife said "stop", they have outdoor tables. Miraculously, there was a parking space right in front and we grabbed it. I... More

Definitely a taste of France in Aspen...menu very French, wine list very French, food very French, and all very good. Had the roast chicken, trout and duck leg confit...all well prepared and tasty. Bread served warm in a paper bag. Nice sides, like the cauliflower we had. Excellent crime brûlée. All in all, a very good dinner, with good attentive... More

Recently dined at Rustique Bistro in Aspen. The menu offered a variety of dishes. The truffle Mac and Cheese is a must try. Atmosphere is cozy and the restaurant was quite full (i.e. popular). We highly recommend a reservation if you plan on visiting. The fish dishes were the best, the steak au poivre was good.
