Great place to stop on the mountain for cafeteria-style mountain lunch. Typical Colorado quick service, not much variety but essential fare to keep on skiing.

One of the last great lodges left. Bonnies has the best apple strudel and a fantastic deck for drinking rose. If you want a true authentic experience come to Bonnies for breakfast or lunch. Great place.

We had our first family Aspen trip and hit Ajax the first day. Bonnie's was the first recommendation we were given! The lodge is in an easy to find mid-mountain spot and ideal for a really tasty lunch (with, of course, dessert!). We got there...More

We stopped here for a bite to eat while skiing, after the recommendation from one of the Mountain Guides. We were glad we did and the delicious strudel set us up for a great afternoon of skiing.

Great restaurant and bar half way up the mountain. Home cooked food. The apple strudel was awesome!! Can only get here on skis! Not run by Aspen so a different vibe!

I doubt if it is. It isn't really a destination type place. But it might be open for hikers or bikers.
