Campo offers a quality Italian meal for small or large groups. We split the peach salad with the marcona almonds-excellent mix of seasonal flavors with arugula, blueberries special olive oil. Next we ordered the 1/2 portion of lobster/strawberry risotto. It melted in our month, and was generously sprinkled with an aged parmesean cheese-quite unusual combination, but wonderfully balanced. The salmon... More

We had a group of 14 and were seated at one table. Our server did a great job of getting to everyone and enlisting help when he needed it, like getting our dinners out at the same time. We were seated inside and it was lively but still possible to hear folks at the other end of the table. There... More

Aspen is a great place to visit in the summer and the restaurant scene is vibrant, so the quality of many of them is quite high (as are the prices!!), Campo di Fiori is among these. Located below ground along side of Ceche Ceche (another good choice by the way), it's a happening scene punctuated by excellent food. While very... More

Perhaps it was because we arrived at the end of dinner hours. We should have turned around when the waiter told us the kitchen was closing “right now so you need to order right now”. This is my fault for not leaving. Result was the PAPPARDELLE BOLOGNESE was mediocre. I read something about 'fresh pasta'. No. Impossible to believe. It... More

Whether in Aspen or Vail, Campo is always a hit. Never had a bad meal there. Pasta dishes are wonderful, but they also do a good job with things like grilled branzino. Lovely presentation.

Just lively…or too crowded? Aspen's Campo di Fiori is popular. We got a reservation just half an hour after we called, and we arrived just in the nick of time and chose outdoor seating. The restaurant soon became packed. Mostly my husband and I appreciated the buzzing scene, but it was too bad that another couple was seated just eight... More

I was disappointed in the evening. I ordered the lattughine salad as my first dish. It came wilted and with very little dressing. One other person at our table ordered the same. No taste for a $14.00 salad. My entrée was the linguine positano which was nicely prepared but not warm when it was served. The shrimp were not over... More

We had just the right amount of food from the bar menu after a late lunch. Small bowls of pasta and good wine, quiet enough to chat over the wine and food with friends. Campos is downstairs with a lovely courtyard and tables inside and in the bar. I want to go back for the eggplant parmigiana.

This is in Aspen, so expect the meal to be relatively expensive. Basic pasta dishes are in the mid-20's; a glass of house wine is mid-teens. Food was good. Service felt indifferent. Seating is very tight, but we were lucky to get a table. No reservations were available, but when the rain stopped we were able to get seating outside.
