Enjoyed our meal and drinks and the outdoor seating was quite pleasant in the lovely summer afternoon weather.

I heard that they were serving great burgers. First it is not on the menu, and it is average, nothing special. The place is noisy and the service very slow.
You must know that the burger at Justice Snow is OFF the menu. Be confident that once you get there, they will be happy to serve you the best burger in town.
We had two delicious items at Justice Snows: the acorn squash with curried chickpea and quinoa, and the mussels. We paired these with a nice Rose and sat outside to people-watch. Perfect evening!
I spend several weeks a year in Aspen and think Justice Snow's is perhaps the best all-around restaurant in town for lunch or dinner. It's open for brunch, lunch, dinner and late night, with outdoor seating as weather permits. The menu is creative without being weird, and food is always fresh and delicious. I LOVE this restaurant. It's located in... More
The service was great. The girl taking care of us was attentive, happy and professional. They run a tight ship here, spotted the Manager a few times staying on top of every detail. The food was good but not great. The home fries a little too spicy and the salad was average. I had the burger and it was really... More
Justice Snow's was recommended by our server in Carbondale. We were there for the afternoon so stopped for drinks. The service and atmosphere were awesome. The specialty drinks were not inexpensive but some of the finest crafted cocktails we've enjoyed and we have tried a few. They do offer an afternoon happy hour with a beer and a shot for... More
They're really fixated on the specialness of their cocktails. But as far as taste goes, mediocre. The bartender was too full of himself. Food was ok.
This bar, located in the historic Wheeler Opera House, has a great location right on the park in Aspen. We walked in for drinks and were seated quickly in the bar. Service was quick, efficient, and friendly, even though they were very busy on this holiday evening. We initially ordered drinks and watched as the bartender was preparing specialty drinks... More
We made dinner reservations, but decided to leave after appetizers. The room looks cool, but it is extremely loud and conversation is difficult. The server had a poor understanding of the menu additions and the liquor the restaturant carried. The two of us had a drink a piece and two appetizers. The tab---$70!!! The martini was approximately 3 oz and... More
