I usually love this restaurant. There food and service has been excellent. However, I was there in the evening on October 5 and ordered the Organic Quinoa Salad with fresh pineapple, avocado, bib lettuce, goji berries, cilantro, carrot-ginger & sesame vinaigrette. The service was fine. At the end of the meal, the waiter, seeing that I had left most of... More

This is a very nice little bistro with good food (not great), friendly, but distant service, and a hip vibe. Quite pricey. I had the feeling that locals felt that this was "their" place and that others were invading, but that's how I'd feel if a little gem like this existed in my community.

One of my favorite Aspen hide aways for lunch and dinner. Nice atmosphere, quiet room, friendly staff, delicious healthy food. Love the kale pesto they serve with the bread. Great spring rolls, had a really amazing tofu stir fry for lunch on the beautiful patio. Don't miss the vegan cream brûlée- you will never believe it's vegan!

Good Food but too Goopy. I prefer simpler fair. Vegan and gluten-free choices. Creative use of veggies.

Went with a hardcore Vegan date, so was worried about narrow menu options but they offered a great menu that covered both of our needs. Beautiful outdoor seating area, professional friendly servers and all done in a unique space above an awesome indy bookstore. Chef Martin hit it out of the park! And healthy to boot....

My husband was here for training and I really wanted to take advantage of the local food culture in Aspen. The last day we were here, we booked reservations at this place. The. Best. Dinner. Ever. The atmosphere was cozy and the food was healthy, fresh, and delicious...the sort of meal that makes me giddy with excitement gets us talking... More

Made a special trip from Keystone to Aspen with three other couples because of a great experience at Pyramid Bistro in April. Contacted Chef Martin before making the trip and he prepared an unbelievable 8 course "tasting" dinner for all of us. The food and the service made this dinner a highlight of our Colorado trip!

Chef Martin created a unique 8 course Nutritarian meal for our party of 8, based on his standard menu. Kale chips with apple butter, vegetable pot stickers and summer spring rolls with curried peanut sauce and pickled cucumber salad, Thai sweet corn soup, roasted beet salad in almond horseradish cream and hibiscus syrup, avocado and watermelon gazpacho, sweet potato gnocchi,... Food is fantastic and healthy. Have to walk though a 40 year old bookstore to get the the restaurant. Eating out on the deck was very nice. A tree is growing right through the center of the deck. After our wonderful meal we spent time in the amazing bookstore. (like in the movie, "You got mail"...

Highly recommended for the discerning crowd. Very unusually bistro that is located above a beautiful bookstore. Would recommend the patio seating. Menu is just delicious and creative. Great for vegetarians and Vegans.
