Sumptuous healthy food with choices of vegetarian or meat. Organic wines, good service, and wonderful atmosphere. I had a sweet potato vegetable dish that was delicious.

Had another great lunch at Pyramid Bistro. Love the patio. And loved that we could easily find healthy and flavorful choices.

All aspects of this lovely place were fabulous but the food was amazing. Healthy, delicious, beautifully presented. We went several times in our short stay to try must of the options on the menu- all were sensational!

We ate outside on the 2nd floor patio. We had the stir fried chicken (not your typical asian stir-fry) and the duck dishes. Both were very tasty and flavorful. If you can be a little adventurous, there are some exciting flavors in their dishes. We would eat here again.

We could eat here every day! Quaint setting with whole foods combined to please the palette and satisfy hunger in a healthy way. Perfect for refueling for hiking, skiing or however you might start or complete your day. Combined with one of our favorite places...a book store. Food is a great value for what you receive. Go! Enjoy!

What a treat to walk through a bookstore, up the stairs and into the charming Pyramid Bistro. The menu is mostly all gluten free and vegetarian but meat lovers don't be deterred as the shrimp, chicken and fish dishes are plentiful. Every dish bursts of flavors but is also exquisitely presented and full of color. Highly recommend!

The food was "healthy" over the top, at some point I felt like a herbivore animal eating too much raw leafs and seeds. Seems they are forgetting good taste over trying to be "healthy". The seating is nice.

When we were looking for a restaurant for dinner, the first restaurant we saw was the Pyramid and after having walked through nearly whole Aspen we returned here. First you have to pass an old fashioned bookstore and then climb the stairs to the restaurant. 1 excellent: the dining room is lovely like a conservatory 2 excellent: the service is... More

We ate at this restaurant every night for a week as part of Dr. Fuhrman's Nutritional Research Foundation. Chef Martin made four course whole food plant based meals with desserts that were so flavorful and inventive that even people who swear off anything healthy would have loved it! He has quite a knack for blending unusual flavors and spices in... More
